Scented women's deodorant and or perfume
plain women's shoes, like a slip-on
pierced ears for those earrings
highlight or color your hair
more femme hairstyle to go with the highlights
get a perm (body waves are really coming back)
shave legs
women's sneakers, the same as mens but different color schemes
Tuck, few will notice your flat front but you will know it
pedi with bold color
obviously all the underpinnings, soft cup bra, lacy panties/girdle, cami
Joan, do any of these sound good to you? Sara

Try this, a small cup bra with small forms that may or maynot be noticed, a fairly plain fem top, tucked with the boys pushed up inside and the missle pulled back and a tight pair of bikinni panties ot thong to hold everthing nice and flat. Then a fairly tight pair of bootcut girl jeans, this gives the front a totally flat appearance and looks oh so feminine, if you really want to add more "fem", wear a four pad panty, this really shapes the jeans like they were made to fit a curvy female body. Imagine what the womam or man behind you in the checkout line at WalMart is thinking when they notice that nice, round, curvy female butt in the girl jeans with the embelished pockets and then she notices it is a guy in them. Plain white unisex tennis shoes also look good and "pass" with the bootcut jeans. Don't forget light makeup, and to heck with anybody that gives you second look.

* Grow your natural nails out some.
* Wear clear glossy nail polish.
Been growing and maintaining my nails for almost a month now, and did the gloss polish today and nobody said a thing at work! Every time I caught a glimpse of the light reflecting off them it made me smile :D

Over hear in the closet, I come out with only the leastest of stuff. The other day though the SO said that because I'm losing weight, that maybe I should get a new pair of jeans. So off to Renne's closet I went and came out with a pair of size 14 stretch jeans for women. She didn't see where I got them from, but the story is ready when she does. I'll just act nieve and say, I picked them up from the thrift store and they fit really great. They really do. Why males don't get spandex weaved into jeans is beyond me.
With the girly jeans, I put clear polish on my nails, a little power to even out the skin tone, always use secret underarm stuff (smells great) and the SO will never notice as it is the same as her's. You know how you get used to a smell and then can't smell it anymore? Well it works.
I shave all over every day or so, and then its lotion time from head to toe. Pluck a few eyebrows, wow does that hurt and I'm done for drab mode....

Hmmm, no one has mentioned mascara. It can be clear or it can match your own lash color and be less noticed, or you can change color to get it more noticed. You might also use the mascara to have your trimmed eyebrows match :)
Also, you can change your deportment completely, as if you were out en femme, and then there is always your voice!

All of the above, but I have also used clear lip gloss and clear nail polish. I also wear a woman's watch because my wrists are too small for a man's watch band.

Light mascara, a spritz of perfume, a feminine ring, a silky cami, complete the look with a small purse.

Denise in my opinion is right.
As a male I want to look 100% male (male clothes , no underdressing, now jewellery, no scents, no make-up... but also no facial hair). But on the inside I will always feel and think quite female. No one can take that away from me...

There is absolutely nothing wrong with wearing clothing like this,
but how is it 'male mode?'

How about having a more womanly walk. While you are laying down or sitting just do small feminine things like crossing of the legs etc. Wearing female clothing under your normal clothing helps out with this as well.

I wear girl stretch jeans everyday to work and only one person has said a word about it, I was hooking up her car when she asked me where i got my jeans, i proudly said JC Pennys in the womens section, she said i thought they were girls jeans when i saw you. I told her that they were so much more comfortable than mens and fit so much better, she agreed with me and said her husband also wore them, so i would say that it is ok to wear them anytime you want.I also paint my toes and only wear panties and shave my body daily. Also when you walk take shorter steps, it makes your butt look more fem and adds to your fem image.

I wear women's shorts (which have a shorter inseam) or capris. Pair them with a pair of mary-janes or ballet flats. If you get one of the "sporty" styles, these shoes look more masculine while still being feminine.

I've pretty much abandoned "male mode". My outfit and appearance when I have to be somewhere where Anna may not be accepted, I wear the exact same outfit I would if I were en femme, with less obvious make-up and no breast forms. I still wear my padded panty girdle underneath. I wear perfume or body spray, sport painted nails, wear women's jeans, tops and shoes, bra and panty underneath. I'll usually wear my hair up, with a pink or purple scrunchie. Its great, because once I'm done with the stuff that requires me to be "Chris", all I need to do is put in my forms, let down my hair, put on a little more make-up, and Anna's ready to go.

In a different direction: I bought red, purple and pink sheets and pillow covers for the bedroom.
Yes, I mix them up, too. Red fitted, purple top and pink pillows, for example. Oh, and I have a navy blue blanket. The very existence of this bed gives professional interior designers hundreds of miles away headaches. :-)
