That's a difficult question to answer, as many define themselves as crossdressers from a very early age, so their entire lives have been as crossdressers.

Now, if you add "acknowledged" or " came to terms with" crossdressing it becomes easier. Since that point I've become calmer, less depressed, more focused and I think a better husband and father.
