Goodbye

Well that day has come where we have to part, for a few days, as tomorrow I start my journey westward and the beginning of the rest of my life. Ther will be a few days where I will be out of touch but when I can I will stop in and give an update.

On a different note; I have had a lot of well wishers here and I really appreciate it when my extended family supports me. At work I had a faculty member bring in a best wishes card for her department, Mary has been a friend for many years and especially since my transition. The one that shook me and had me in tears was the one from a co-worker and her 12 yr old daughter. The card was simple but elegant but the hand made paper corsiage was the point where the tears began to fall. It has been absolutly a wonderful transition sprinkled with a little salt but then if you want the sweetest candy and a pinch of salt.
