I only use wide crotch panties or bating suit bottoms for tucking.

So far I've had no issues or health problems with this method..

I would be hesitant to use tape for this purpose, that's me though, each to their own.

Well getting an erection while tucked is't the most comfortable thing, usualy I will think of anything just to lose it LOL.
I haven't had any health issues from this happening!

I got a bigger... thanks to my mother... i just made a post aobut this
If i have it tucked up then it cant go out if theres enough compression.
but since im like... pantyfestish installed its very hard to NOT get one. hehe go figure /hateself

Bilateral orchiectomy....surgically remove the scrotum too. No more erections. :)

Hormones.....testosterone blockers.

You either deal with the pain of tucking, or you get closer to being a girl by doing the above mentioned, plus hormones.

Being male is male, things happen....that's the way it goes. Want to feel female without going throute of srs? then the operation I mentioned will do it.
