Hey Everyone,

This is my first time posting and I'm kind of new to this whole CDing thing. Love the feeling of wearing the clothes, the make-up is a bit tricky, but I'm getting the hang of it. Okay, so here's my question.

What kind of tops hide broad shoulders? (I'm very stylistically impared. :o)

Hi Shanice, welcome to the forum, you'll find a lot of interesting things to read and we're looking forward to learning more about you!

For your shoulders, you might try some sort of layering effect, with a shrug or shawl draped over your shoulders to break up the outline.

You can also draw the eye away by making the region of your body you want ignored darker and the region you want seen lighter in color.

First of all Welcome!!! Lots of good advice here, I'm sure you will learn a lot. I have learned so much since I found this site. Here is a site that has some fashion advice on different cloths for different shapes.

Darker colors tend to make things look smaller so, wear a darker top.
Light colors make things appear larger so, wear a lighter colored skirt.

Also, advoid horizontal lines/patterns with a top as it will emphisize the shoulders and make them appear broader.

Bright colored skirt, or patterned stockings, give them something else to look at.
