Hot Time On The Old Town Tonight!

Well, it's over! That non-dressing time I mean. Tonight I'm heading out all dolled up. Too many calls from friends asking why they haven't seen me lately. But even if they didn't call, I'd be going out. I did my left hand nails last night but ran out of acrylic solvent. So I've got to do the right hand ASAP! Then I have to polish them. I've also got to color my hair (too much grey showing :eek: ). Whew! Lots to do!

Then I've got to decide what to wear :undecided(I think it's going to be chilly tonight).
After that the ritual begins! I hope I remember how to do it! :rofl:

First stop Inn Exile where I'm meeting some friends. Then if I have any steam left it will be off to Escapades. I may even do a little :twirl:tonight!

that I just finished getting dressed? The nails were the big time consumer but I was done with them about 7:30. It's 10:30 now. Okay, I colored my hair and took a shower and then went into stall speed. I laid down on my bed with the ceiling fan cooling me off and thought I would just stay in. But Miko and Laura and some other friends were expecting me. So I dragged my butt to the makeup mirror and little by little the magic began. Each time I looked in the mirror I saw a familar and happy face begin to emerge. I got up several times and went to the closet. What am I going to wear? My makeup should go with the outfit. Then back to the makeup and the lipstick I was wearing ran out! :eek: My lips looked lopsided! Aaaaahhhhgggggrrrrrrggg! I managed to scrape out enough to finish the job but what a hassle that was!

In time I was done and suddenly I looked at the image in the mirror and it was like I was home. I'd been gone too long.

I went through all these dressy outfits but they just didn't feel right. I settled for my fav pink skorts and a red long sleeved cotton T. That's me now. Very casual.

Okay girls, now I'm leaving, for real. And I'm taking everyone here with me, even if only in spirit! Love ya!
