Ok I have been seeing on Yahoo and Youtube there is a new fad called Planking. What is planking you ask? It is where you lay your-self across things and point your toes and hands strait out behind you then a friend snaps the pic or video on Youtube. People are getting hurt and killed by trying to out plank each other.
Now I am sure at this point you might be going what the h@ll is this Sh!t. Please if anyone can inform me why this is fun share your answer with me.:wtf:
what is so great about getting your photo while laying down? it is a weird fad, and people have already died doing this.

planking is for plonkers wishing to be idiots,...
they questioned the guy who started this who sadly is a Kiwi,
ok it was meant to be fun, now there is a ban on it in australia after a guy fell to his death through overbalancing and being intoxicated.
they are also thinking of making it illegal, a lot of schools here have banned it.
so be interesting to see how long the fad lasts....:battingeyelashes:

Planking has been around since 2003 but it was called something else and the Japanese did it in a game show. I have done it.. its not banned really. Police and the law ban lots of things but its not banned by Law..there is no law that states you can not lay down on a object. They may as well arrest the homeless that sleep on the park benches or just normal people that do it for relaxing. It's only dangerous if people take it too far like the idiot kids doing it on basketball rings, fences, roofs on school buildings.. as for the other idiots that take it too far like on a car roof while its moving, or at the highest point of a building well yes they should be arrested. But on smaller things like in and around your home or outside its not illegal to do so. Yes it is a Fad but I doubt it will go anytime soon.
