Funny thing happened today...

Okay, only one person knows about my wearing panties...and it's my sister.

I was at her house today, and walked into her room looking for the phone, and saw a thong on the floor. Big deal, I have my own stuff to wear, besides, it's hers, not mine to wear, but I did a double take and was like "Hey, I have that same thong on right now!" It was the same size too...awkward yet funny at the same time.

It validated my femininity since I kinda consider my sister a good indicator of what girls my age would wear (we're about three years apart in age) and to know that an 18 year old would wear the same thong that I had on (I am 21) actually helps knowing that I can pick out at least halfway decent clothing.

Anyone else had any of those moments?

i was shopping with my mom, and we both picked out the same style bra. so we have matching bras now.(not the same size).
and she would kill me to get into some of my shoes. wrong size again and she has a very bad back so no heels.
sorry no sister to "play" with.

Well, I wasn't out shopping with my sister when she bought that thong...and, sure, they make a lot of this particular thong (Walmart/No Boundaries - $2.10 including local sales taxes) and the rack was packed with this one, but it's odd that two people, one male (albeit with a female side), one female, brother and sister happen to have the exact same size of the same article of clothing. Our pants sizes are too far away for that to happen, and same thing with everything else, but it's funny that in the most intimate of clothing, we could very well wind up matching unintentionally.

Now, it'd be even crazier to find a random girl that I just happened to meet wearing the same underwear I own...I'd probably take that as a sign from God, since I'm not really interested in dating right now anyway...

Aren't you curious to look in her lingerie drawer and see if you both have the same bra's? Since she's O.K. with you wearing thongs whatdo you think her reaction would be if you told her you wanted to take the next step and start wearing bra's?

That's cute! Twenty years ago I saw a lady wearing the same dress that I was wearing! I was at a county fair at the time! She left before I got close enough to talk to her!

Yeh...I was in the grocery store a few years back and saw a woman in a dress like I own. I was standing right behind her in line and wanted to tell her how much I liked the dress and that I had one just like it, but I chickened out.
