I have been on at my builder for days to come look at a window at the back of my house, that needs either repairing or replacing, as some water is getting in.

Anyway, I was up late this morning. So not dressed, I was just wondering around the house in panties and big flffy pink slippers. When I heard a knock at the door. So off came the pink slippers and on went a drab dressing gown.

When I opened the door, there stood the builder. 'Lets have a look at this window then', he said. Not wanting him going through the house in his dirty boots I said, 'lets go down the side, just let me put something on my feet'. Well I grabbed some flip-flops and off we went.

So window sorted, I returned to the house and took off my flip-flops and when I looked down, I realized that I had forgotten about my pink glossy painted toe nails.

Now obviously he didn't say anything, but I do wonder did he noticed my toes. Never thought I would get caught like that! So it will be interesting to see what, if anything happens when he comes next to fix the window.

My wife will be none to pleased, if she finds out that I have been flashing my pink toes at the hunky builder (as described by her). lol

Samantha,

you make me giggle. i don't often get the chance to wear my varnish, when i do, i leave it on for days. Numerous times i've had to stop myself from doing things i would normally do, without a thought. I'd love to see the postman's face as my red nails collected the mail from him.

I think he enjoyed it, probably went home to match the colour!

Luv,

Lou

Hi Lou,

Since I posted and reading your reply, it has got me wondering whether I have done this before without realizing, as my toe nails always have varnish on them.
I shall have to gauge the look on the postsmans face, next time he knocks.

Good point Wendy, after all I don't usually look down at mens feet.

Unless of course it's the builder and I want to see how dirty his boots are, before deciding whether to let him in the house or not.
