Anti-Discrimination Poster In NJ Shoe Store

I returned to the Nine West outlet that had many styles in size 11 & 12 and got 2 pairs of sandals. The SA's were wonderful. I was enmale and asked if a certian color would go with khaki pants and a puple blouse and the 2 of them discussed it. They agreed my choice would work when one said " He could wear that outfit and it would look great." She then hrlped me select a second pair to take advantage of the 50% off of that pair. As I was paying, I saw a prominently diplayed version of the link poster. I now feel a little better about doing what I do in NJ What do others think?
