Had my first therapy appointment today.

Thank you to everyone who encouraged me to be open and honest at my first therapy appointment. I have a very caring and understanding therapist who I just adore talking to. She was very helpful and I must say that I have never opened up to anyone the way I did to her today. The session was an hour but is seemed like just a few minutes. I was so free to openly discuss what is going on with me and how I feel that I'm not just a crossdresser but so much more. She encouraged me to start a journal of the journey and I will be starting that tonight as I write about the wonderful experience today.

Can't wait until the next appointment. I feel so free tonight! :)

I am so happy for you. I too have found of my doctors very caring and supportive about my coming out as transgender. You go girl keep up the good work!
