Ok, right now I've got on a pair of my wife's panties. They feel sorta "swimsuit-like", but they've like got this elastic "That I'm assuming is supposed to suck in hanging fat?", but it's really helping snug things up down there.. Usually when I try tucking it back, it either falls out or isn't very comfortable, but these feel so dam good. I need to find out where she bought these so I can get a few pair of my own, maybe even wear them all day.

Oh no, what I meant was these are so elastic and form fitting that it stays up there, feels really good to be flat for a change.

just look for panties with a wide crotch area we have a lot more to hold then our wives if there tight enough and you smalll enough just pull it up front

What may work is to buy a smaller size panty. I use a 6, and all I do is pull it back and pull the panties, ALL the way up! It's pretty comforyable, and it stays.
