Well, it has been an eventful few weeks. Some days I never ever want to go through again, some days, sigh, wow a huge weight lifted from my chest.

First I came out to my friends in SL and most have accepted me because of ME.
Then I went and got my ears pierced and now, finally today I told my mother about my crossdressing.

OMG, I thought I was going to be ostracised from the family but mom asked a few questions like: do you want to be a girl, how long have you been dressing, what have you got, have you ever gone out? Then she said " I always wanted a daughter, what name do you like?" Then we got on a chatting phase like have you got breastforms, we got to choose the right ones. You need some nice earings, we must find the right wig. Then the crunch when I said I had a makeup kit.

OK, lets see you make me up. Well I went to work and she congratulated me on a good make-up job and she said I always wanted you to do make-up. I showed her my false eyelashes and she said that she had got to try them on. Wow, I have never felt so at ease as today. Now we will make saturday afternoons our woman time.

Now whe wants to see me made-up and she said that she always thought I was different. Now she has both a daughter and a son that love her dearly.

Now I am relaxing with a glass of red and typing at my computer writing this and my advice to you if you are wondering about coming out? Do it slowly and when the time is right, you will know, you will feel like a butterfly coming out of its coccoon. Well that is how I felt, and you never know, you maybe surprised at how mothers DO KNOW.

So how accepting are folks towards crossdresser in the beautiful land of Oz (Australia). I have 2 very good friends - both GG - there (I met in SL and became RL friends) who are more than accepting of me.

Thank you all very much, I am so happy that I can chat with mom differently than before and you would not have guessed it, she even told an aunt how I did her makeup and made her feel better despite feeling ill from an illness. Showed mom my heels, corsetts and dressees and she said that she liked my styles.
