I've pretty much broken down tonight and started wanting to cut my wrists again. I just don't know what to do anymore. Hopefully their 3 day program will help me. I dont know what else to do.

I will not comment, as I haven't had enough exposure to your situation. However, your decision to go to rehab is a very valid one. As you know, this will not be easy, but you have all of us in your corner. Don't hesitate, ask for help if you need/want it.

When you feel helpless to change things in your life that are important to you it sure can feel pretty painfull.... just remember you are not in a normal state when you are very depressed, it is your emotions limiting your decision process and not your rational one. If you wait and reevaluate later, probably you will find a solution you didn't think about before. Go and talk to your doctor, you are important!

Thanks everyone. I'm out now and feeling great. The Dr there readjusted what meds I was on and it made a major difference. I feel relaxed, but not a drugged up relaxed. It's great to feel this good! :)

Feeling better doesn't even begin to describe how I feel right now. It's just amazing. It is like I was reborn living out of room 147, reborn into a normal, calm, and assertive young woman. :)

I am happy that you feel better...just remember. We should never sweat the small stuff, and at the end of the day...it's all small stuff.

Hello Andy, I'm glad to see you're out in the real world again. Is that all the Dr. did was adjust your meds, and didn't realize that they would effect you so much. Pls Pm me so I understand what meds you were on, no doses pls.
