appointment with a gender counsellor

I have got an appointment with a gender counsellor on 22nd of this month... it has all been sorted now... its taken some time .... now the worry starts until then...... hope it goes ok.... I am just not used to talking to people....

Congratulations on getting an appointment so quickly! Don't be worried about talking to the counsellor, (s)he will be used to people finding it hard to open up.

Once you start, you will probably find that it all comes flooding out, but that will be a good thing.

There is nothing to worry about. Simply allow them to help you sort it all out so you can make the best decision for you. There isn't anything that is going to shock them if they have been at it for awhile.
