do you dress as the girl of your fantasies
I. E. When you dress do you try and create the girl you would fancy as a male?

I first got into crossdressing by wanting to be MM in that famous skirt blow-up scene. Since then, all I want to do is be en-femme and have that happen to me in public. So......MM is my fantasy girl, and fortunately en-femme it has happened a few times............

I think MOST crossdressers dress in whatever they find the most appealing and in what they would like to have that 'girl of their fantasies' dress. For some it's short skirts, some are intrigued by tight fitting clothes, others enjoy frilly tops with ladies jeans, and the list goes on and on. I'm more or less what I only know to describe as the 'elegant', 'glamorius', or 'classy' type. I like semi-formal or formal type dresses, a full compliment of makeup, very feminine footwear, and a carefully prepared hairdo. That's what impresses me the most of all the styles you might see a GG wearing so I guess you could summize that, yes, I do dress like my 'fantasy girl'.

She sure was Diana, and thanks for the response.

This is the first time I have ever been part of forum like this - until a couple of weeks ago I didn't know such places existed. I am really glad I've signed up, and hope for some seriously good advice (and fun) in the future

I try to dress in the same style as the love of my life and she finds this a great compliment.

I definitely dress in the style that I find attractive on girls I know, or have seen in magazines. Sometimes I look at a girl and wish I could BE HER, so I guess dressing like her is my way of dealing with it.

It depends on how you look at it.

I don't dress specifically to create my fantasy girlfriend, if that's what you're asking. I'm not creating some plaything for myself.

I dress as I'd dress were I female. It's the same person inside, just female. While I'm not attracted to guys, I have the sense that were I to change to female, I'd be exclusively attracted to guys.

All that said, I very much like what I see when I dress. I, Steve, would be attracted to Stephanie.

I do dress as my dream woman who would be a smartly dressed middle aged middle class woman who dresses her age, but smart.

As for the tag I would give myself. Well I would say I am a cross dresser as I would not like to become a woman by having sex change. I want my cake and eat it LOL. :D

I dress because I feel good when dressed it just feel right for me, I don’t get turned on when dressed.

I dress in what I like to see girls in. I buy outfits that appeal to me, not what is normal or trendy.

Yes - I dress as a very classy lady.
but sometimes the real sexy woman takes over.

As with all girls, deciding what to wear is sometimes the most difficult decision in the world

ideally if I was the proper height/weight, I'd probably be wearing a lot of tight shiny PVC dresses and costumes, but since I'm not I usually end up in a floral or black dress, sometimes a business dress suit.

I do sort of. My fantasy girl wears tight clothes and that is pretty much what I choose to wear. My fantasy girl is much less hairy than I am... :D

ive always bin a cd, for so long now. never had any one particular girl in mind, until recently. about 2 years ago i was dating a girl i worked with(after chasing her for a year).we dated up until about a few months ago, when she moved away on a job relocation. she is the most adorable girl i ever laid eyes on. just turned 22 and has that young, fresh, innocent look to her. great body, nice little wiggle when she walked.always smiling with a gleam in her starry blue eyes. *sigh* ugh, i am so envious of her beauty even after she's gone. every time i dress up, i go into "jessi" mode.this is also where i adopted my name from. her name being jessi. i added "girl", well, cause she was all girl and that's where i want to be, thus "jessi girl". we still have great contact. i go to visit her and she visits me when she comes back home. she know's nothing of me being cd, which i'm ok with. whenever i'm around her , i take in as much as i can of her. at times, we just sit and stare into eachothers eyes.
( *enter grammy award scene here* lol).

i would have to say 'no'.

on the outside, i like to wear satin Shirley Temple or little girl dresses. i don't fantasize about little girls. i also like to wear dressy maids' dresses, and i don't necessarily fantasize about maids.

Underneath, i like petticoats and ruffled panties that go with Shirley Temple or dressy maids' dresses, but again, i don't fantasize about little girls or maids. i also like bullet bras, lacy underwire bras, garter belts and bustieres, but i don't know how you'd describe ladies who wear them; ladies in the 1940s, 1950s and early 1960s frequently wore all of the above. i also like heels 4" or more, but again, how do you describe ladies who wear those?

i also wear other types of feminine clothing, but it's mostly different types of skirts and frilly blouses.

Well, yes, more or less. I'm brunette (for now) because I have reached the conclusion that I look better that way. But I fancy blonde women. Ironically, I didn't marry a blonde, either. But I dress the way I find women most appealing when they dress. This includes dresses, skirts and tops, shoes, lingerie, etc. So the answer is both yes and no. But mostly yes.

I apply my makeup to resemble my SO as I think she is the most beautiful women alive. Because of my size (6'1"- 230 lbs) and my love of dresses and skirts (she seldom wears them, says they are a pain in the a**).;)

I came across a pic once that would be close, to my "fantasy girl". I copied it for inspiration. My "dream girl". and if I could look like her, there would be no shifting back. Maybe, I have set my standard, too high.

"Fantasy Dream Girl" ... a girl can dream...can't she?

My fantasy girl Anne, (God bless you wherever you are) always wore jeans, a sweater, trainers.
Thankfully she didn't remain a fantasy, (reality is much better!)
As for dressing like her?
No!

As I only dress at home and I now live alone I can indulge my fantasies.

Probably because I started to Crossdress as a 12 year old and borrowed my 14 year old sister's clothes I still love to dress as a teenaged schoolgirl in full uniform. Navy blue or white cotton knickers (full briefs), pleated knee length grey skirt, or sometimes a similar navy blue skirt, pale blue blouse, white padded out bra, white ankle socks, striped tie, blazer and blue beret and black "sensible" shoes. I also have schoolgirl uniforms in other colours such as Bottle Green, Maroon and Brown.

As well as that I have a Nurse's Uniform and an outfit which is based on that worn by the Supervisors at the Tesco Supermarkets here in the UK. Navy blue knee length skirt, pink striped blouse, red jacket . I was very lucky to see a real Tesco neckerchief in a Charity Clothes shop and bought it. Under these outfits I usually wear Sloggi Briefs in different colours or nice floral patterned panties. I also have a black lycra miniskirt which I wear to mimic one of the office girls where I work. As well as these I have a hockey/netball outfit with a short pleated miniskirt and tabards and tennis kit which Hingis or Capriatti or the Williams Sister would approve . White tennis skirt and of course white panties although I sometimes wear black ones or a pair wth a checked pattern as some of the tennis stars now do. During Wimbledon if I am at home I will watch the Ladies Tennis and dress in my female tennis kit to enjoy the game.

Finally, one of my favourite outfits is my "1950s" dress, the type worn by Doris Day etc in old films or the girls in "Grease", "Saturday Nigh Fever" etc. As well as a padded bra I wear white cotton full briefs or similar pairs in pastel colours such as pink, pale blue, light green, primrose yellow under these as these were the type of knickers women usually wore in those days, and of course a suspender belt (garter belt) and stockings with a seam down the back.

if i dressed like the girls i fantasize about from my masculine point of view i would have to change my look on a regular basis :D nevertheless the question led to some soul searching which i appreciate because self examination leads to growth :) from my feminine perspective i truly try to emulate the qualities of beauty that i percieve. both physical and inner forms of feminine expression. yes there was a time i changed my look on a regular basis  i may have been trying to be the woman of my male fantasies. then i met and had relationships with girls who fullfilled the majority of those male fantasies some even beyond. the ones who were really open minded i was able to share my fem side with. they for the most part taught the finer points of being feminine.
now i've realized the girl inside who i've discovered or more appropiately accepted as being a real part of myself. she or should i say i express that part of myself by indulging, experimenting
and enjoying the reality of being gina. i adore my feminine side and as time goes by i prefer it. i think it reverts to the concept of the path of realizing the female inside. we are all at different points on the path. none are above or below. the beauty of it all is the individuality we all possess  the beauty of this site is the opportunity to read the feelings that my sisters share. hope that i haven't hi jacked the thread. gina used to dress up as a
kinky naughty fetish girl lusting for the pleasure that her masculine side used as an erotic perversion. now gina likes to be a girl and to do and feel feminine things which include the latter but also include activities beyond the sexual. ok sorry for rambling but these are the thoughts that your thread brought to the surface. thank you hugs.

Jamie Lee is a stunning looking woman.
But to me she's not female.
She has male and female characteristics.
She is one lucky person!

I live my whole life in a fantasy. Therefore, I dress up as a teenage girl.

And let me tell you another thing my girl. If I was my father, I wouldn't let me go out looking like a brazen hussy.

Monica Vitti. or Gina Lollobrigida ( La Lola). Or Sophia Loren. They represent to me fabulous underwear, black stockings and high heels from the sixties era. My favourite feminine clothing articles. :D
