I suppose it depends on how you discribe 'girl power'! Myself, yes I have and yes I DO!

Once a girl at a gas station got all big eyed and blew me a kiss, she was serious too.

Another time at Wal-Mart, when I was decked out in my long pink dress, a guy hollered "WOW" and did a flip :)

Ya know I'm not really a girl so don't have "girl powers". Lol.

When my wife was alive and doing my makeup and fixing my wig, I often got "come on's" from both men and women when out in public!! I wasn't even trying to put on an act or anything! As my late wife used to say, I was just a darn good looking girl!! Now that she has passed on, I still dress enfemme, but wear no makeup and no wig!! So I don't get "come on's" anymore!! Not much girl power in a man wearing a skirt and other female apparel!!
