12th anniversary

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at the cottage tonight. while getting cleaned up for dinner she said I think I'll just wear a nightie. what are you going to wear? I said i didn't know. true. I was thinking the same but ended up wearing a blouse and skirt and heels(not normal cottage stuff). now here is the amazing thing. words out of her mouth i have never heard before while dressed. " You look nice" I have been dressing for seven years and we are the same size. we share clothes, but this was a first. Was the best present she could have given me.

You could have said, in response to the nightie, 'me too!'. Its nice to hear a complement like that. Reminds me, I should say that too my wife sometime and see if she faints (I'm not exactly the most expressive person).
