Suppose you found a magic lamp and rubbed it, and suppose a genie came out and said "I'm not a regular genie, I can only grant you this one wish. I can give you a pair of female breasts, any size you like, or I can give you a working, OEM vagina. The only catch is, it's for the rest of your life, I can't change you back if you change your mind."

Which would you choose and why? Breasts or a vagina?

Lots of thoughts here so let me give my answer:

At first, like so many here, I thought "breasts", size DD (or DDD). But, I live as a male. My friends know me as a male, and in the summer, I participate in activities where many of us go barechested. Breasts would be a serious problem, a complete lifestyle change.

I am a "senior citizen". At this point, my "male member" has seen better days. It often suffers from ED, especially if called upon more than twice a week. The boys aren't doing their job either, I have to rub a testosterone replacement gell onto my body every morning.

Because my wife has been through menopause, she has a dry and thin vagina and conventional sex is painfull for her so that doesn't happen very often. Instead, she takes care of me in other ways (I'm trying to stay within the forum rules here). While I get five or ten seconds of one time pleasure, she has orgasms that seem to last twenty or more seconds each and she can have two, three, sometimes more in a single session. Strong ones that make the blood rush to her chest and face. I have told her before that I was jealous and wished I had a vagina.

About the breasts, I have female 36B and yes they feel sensual and shapely, but aside from that they are just breasts, in day to day life that is all you have, just like the ones you have except larger and in your arms way.

I would assume that from the above I would be hygienic and thus prevent or minimize the infection part. the rest is totally person dependent. My wife never had cramps (or minimal), as mentioned above many here are beyond the bleeding part (and thus the lubrication part too which will have to be addressed). Discharge is varied and could be controlled usually. So thus, I am staying with my original decision. But still the wrapping is OK, I could live with looks

I am also a bit concerned about the price being "free". That makes me suspect it might be another one of those "factory-reconditioned" units. I have learned my lesson more than once on those deals. You get what you pay for. Once you sign the contract, you are on the hook for 19 years of monthly payments. I am finished with that nonsense. Within those two parameters, I'd go for form and take wonderful, to-die-for 38D breasts. The femininity of breasts has for me only the stroke of lipstick to compare. For over fifty years I have lived as a male... had OEM male equipment. And it all works. Thank you very much. But my feminine side has always been there... in the background... waiting... expressing herself as I cross dressed during my lifetime.

Now that I have let her out of the closet... so to speak... out in society... dressing in masculine and feminine attire... I love letting her have control. I love how she dresses me and the feelings she expresses.
