Need some help resources for a novice CD

Hi all, my name is Tim. I am a gay man who did drag twice in my early 20's but other wise not a cross dresser. My straight brother who lost his wife last year has been informed by his best friend since 2nd grade that the said best friend (who is also a recent cancer survivor) want's my brother to help him find CD resources in Davenport (quad cities) Iowa. My brother is a lovely accepting person but frankly this is way out of his experience. I am in Southern California so its hard for me to find resources in Iowa. Hoping someone here can help. FYI the said best friend does not have a computer. One of the friends request is to find a beauty shop that will work on male CDs
