Wow, i told my sister that i am transgender over the phone because i'm in Cali. and she lives around Chicago. She did'nt really know what it meant. I said that i am a female in a male body i have felt that as long as i can remember and i have started the process. The first thing she ask me if i'm gay i said no i'm not, never had the urge to be with a male. So we talked and i cryed a lot, i asked her not to say anything to the rest of the family until a later date and she promised she won't. She is 100% accepting and she will stand by me all the way through aaahhggg "crying again sorry"

She ask how Jen feels about it "my wife" and i told her 100% behind me until death between us. She said to give her a big hug for her. My sister said soon in a year or two she will fly over here and we can go shopping like sisters and have a good ol time "can't wait" :) i'm so happy now what a releif i hope the rest of the family is so accepting just have to wait and see.

That's reallly great, Jen. I don't know your family, of course, but your sister sounds like a gem, as does your wife!

I must say you move fast. From self-describing as a CD'er and all the new experiences that went with that exploration to your very first outing barely two months ago to HRT exploration to telling your sis. That is a whole lot of ground covered in a very short time. And your wife is all good with everything, amazing.

Still, telling your sister over the phone, not the best choice IMHO. Doing so really comes off like you are totally caught up in the moment. Based on your history, my advice would be to slow down a bit.
