Since going onto hormones i have felt an empathy with the genetic females when they have that Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh moment.
What may you ask is that Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh moment, its the feeling of relief when you get home and TAKE OFF YOUR BRA. :D

That feeling is only second to the feeling of wearing it. Carrying 22lbs around on my chest is exhilarating, and removing that at the end of the day leaves me with a great feeling of accomplishment...not to mention physical relief.

Hmmmm but Nigella doesn't remove her breasts as she is TS, she is droning on about the feeling of taking a bra off.

I still get the feeling from removing the bra. I just get to remove a bit more, that's all. (Not that I would mind carrying those around inside me, full time)

I feel disappointed when I have to take off my bra...cause my "breasts" go with it!

When the bra comes off, the long, silky nightgown slides down over me like a glove . . . and it goes on.

Well Hon, I CAN relate to that from the aspect of dancing at the club all night and coming home and peeling off all of my wet clothes, especially in the Summer.:battingeyelashes::)

I sweat worse than a whoar in church. I can totally appreciate this! It's times like that that I wish my breasts were real...dealing with dirty, sweaty breast forms is not pretty.

Wow, I don't think I've done that since I was 18...
I think that one can have that feeling whether the breasts come off with the bra or not. :)

I went to a women's heath/well being/resources conference a few weeks ago. There was breakfast & lunch and about 200 vendors demonstrating products and services about everything: from yoga, to acupuncture, to free massages, aromatherapy, healthy sleeping practices ... I can't list them all. There were also breakout sessions on everything, including finances, aging & estate planning, cosmetic surgery, fashion, nutrition, depression, and this is only naming a few.
Anyway, for the *first time in my life* I had a bra fitting! Well, let me tell you, this particular bra was fabulous! It didn't even feel as if I had anything on, and my breasts looked great underneath my sweater. There were no under wires, no padding, the fabric was breathable, the straps did not dig in, the back wasn't too loose or stretched out. I couldn't believe it! So I'm getting one soon.
Anyway, this is one bra that I could probably wear for 24 hours if I wanted to, without even feeling as if I need to take it off.
Oh ... and since we often discuss fashion here, I just want to tell everyone there were about 1,000 to 1,500 women there. This event is huge! Most women were in their 40s & up. And, they were ALL wearing pants! I'm serious, I did not see one woman who was wearing a skirt or a dress, other than very few of the vendors. It's true that we're in a small town in the midwest, but still ....
EDIT
Well, I made a mistake. I looked it up to post a link here, and it turns out it does have an underwire. It was just so comfortable that it seemed as if it didn't. Anyway, here it is in black. I'm also getting the panties (when they go on sale :))

I get a bit disappointed to take my bra off but I sleep with my bra on @ night but have to take it off when I go to work in the morning. I feel so good in the morning and @ night feeling the straps on my back and weight on my chest.

I think in many cases, it's simply a function of taking something off that doesn't fit right, as Reine found out. Most of the women I've gone out with wore stuff that looked pretty, but was uncomfortable. My ex was the same; I think maybe the one positive thing she got out of my being a crossdresser was when I brought up the fact that I was able to find a comfortable bra, so why couldn't she? She then went on a shopping spree to find one. And was quite surprised when she did. Then bought a bunch of them in every color it came in. She no longer whipped it off as soon as she got home from work anymore.
But she did keep the pretty lace ones for when we went out dressed up, even though they were uncomfortable. I guess lots of women are willing to put up with some discomfort to be beautiful. I know I would if I had that option.

Wearing my bra has never required much of an effort on my part and I could wear it around the clock if I were so inclined...what I do however get that Ahhhhhhh moment from...is taking off that damned Spanx that I feel so inclined to wear with certain items of clothing.

I'm sure that were my breasts actually real, and attached to my chest, and cooped up inside a bra all day, whether it fit well or not, that it would be a bit liberating to take it off after a long day. So aaaaaahhhhhhhh! I can understand, even if I'll never really experience it.
Oh......

That may be so, and I don't doubt it a bit......but that still doesn't mean that it isn't a crying shame.
The world is losing something beautiful.

After a long day, I can get that Ah moment when peeling off bra or girdle, both feel good going on, but worn to long, nothing feels better than getting them off. Reine, cute bra and panties set, thanks for the link.

The summers here in Texas are horrible (the heat) at least 6 months out of the year. By the time I used to get home from work I'd be sweating and uncomfortable, even in a fitted bra. The first thing I used to do after walking in the door at home was take off my bra. I had that Ahhhhhh feeling every single day, LOL.
