well i have gave it a lot of thought i am ready to start hrt and i need help knowing what to do next and who to see in huntsville,al or near by thanks for any help

Have you started talking to your doctor yet? that would be the first step, then on to a Therapist, after that, I would start looking for the nearest Transgender Center, at the universities, for recommendations, of who in your area would be the best to see.
