My SO is going out of town for a week starting this weekend to visit her mother and I get to PLAY uninterrupted!!

:D :D :D :D

I am so looking forward to it.

I already went out today to the thrift store to pick out a few new items....I love to shop. My favorite style is puffy sleeves. Are there any puffy sleeve fans out there? I think they look SO cute. I wish my SO thought so but she is more into a very straight, non-frilly look. How boring!

You realize, Dana, that you are setting a precedent in your own mind that you are much happier when your SO is away than when she is home. I've done that and I have no doubt that most of the married CDs here feel the same. This sets up a pattern of thinking that inevitably leads to a conclusion that you wish she wouldn't come home at all. See where this is going? Hope you can work things out. Meanwhile, have a fun week. It'll be over way too soon.

That's so cool. I get to dress whenever I want now, but due to some extreme circumstances I have purged almost everything :(. However I'm now free to shop again just waiting till I'm finished with my diet :)

Not to worry, Lynn Marie, I have a very healthy relationship with my SO. We spend quite a lot of our free time together and we are best friends. Of the 365 days in the year, she is only away from me for this week and so it is a nice time for each of us to pursue our favorite interests.
