I just went out in public for the first time last Friday and I had the time of my life.After taking the first step out of the door it is all downhill from there. I had many people pass by thinking that I was just a tall woman.They didn't stop and stare.As long as you don't wear something that will bring attention to yourself you should be fine.When you do it make sure you share your experience.One thing from experience though if you wear heels don't walk on wet ground ;)

I go out late at night. Its a lot of fun. I am tall also, and have very long legs. So I like to wear short skirts and colorful pantyhose or tights - because I think it takes peoples eyes away from my face - where i need some help. Not to mention wearing a short skirt is FUN...

Like Emma said, I find it best to go out at night, something about the dark makes going out better. People seem to be in a different mood at night, more mysterious. But do what feels best for you.

:) i have gone out several times at night and it is very fun . last year my girlfriend and i went on a trip and i wore a short skirt (I WAS COMPLETELY DRESSED UP WIG MAKE-UP HEELS HAD IT ALL) we were on the interstate and being a ex-truck driver i made sure my skirt was hiked up real far showing just a hint of red panties. i was loving every moment. the next day i dressed up again and we walked around down town were we were staying. that was the first time i ever walked around where people could see me. it was early evening so there was not very many people out. i was nervous as heck but i told myself i was going to do it. if i don't have to confront anybody or be in like an elevator i am ok i don't like being in a situation where i have no control may-be with time i will be able to control my fears. ireally love to get dressed up even if it is just bra and panties under jeans and baggy shirt. i am so excited to be able to chat with other "girls" that i am shaking.thank God for all of you

I have been out in public dressed many time both during the day and at night, it is like jessica said the first step out the door is the hardest to take but from then on act like you belong in those clothes and no one will be the wiser.
