I have gone en femme to the club that my fiance and I frequent many times, and have fooled quite a few people (even those who have known me for years). My question though, is this:
Is there anything that I could do to improve my "female" appearance?
the face isn't too difficult to work with (as you can see by my avatar), but the rest of the body - that's where I'm questioning.

Hope to hear back from you. :)

To be honest, it's hard to give advice based on the full-body photo you posted, since it's hard to get a sense of what your body looks like.
It does look like you've got a pretty femme appearance, so I'll just touch on a few standard steps.
Hip padding -- which is actually more important than butt padding -- since it balances your shoulders to create a X shape rather than a V shape. With skirts and dresses that fall away from the body you can use the cheap ones found at most t-girl shops. They're not really long enough, but that's disguised by the fall of the fabric. For pants or dresses that hug your curves, you might want to invest in a Veronica 2, which is pricy but does a great job.
Posture and movement -- women move differently than men. There's lots of little details, but by observing GGs you can pick up most of them.
Clothing choices -- If you shave, I'd show a little more skin. Obviously it depends on your area and the temperature, but generally GGs aren't as covered as you are in your photo. You don't need to go to the other extreme, but if you shortened the skirt and/or the sleeves, it would like more "typical."

Vivian,
From the shot you posted it's difficult for me to offer advice. To me you look like a very attractive woman. Congrats!

Thanks for the compliments and suggestions. I do shave, and have worn shorter outfits before, just never had the digital camera handy. I hope to have some for this halloween -- french maid. :) will be showing shoulder, neck and a lot of leg. ;)
I have the movement down quite well, due to being a natural people watcher (and having coaching from my fiance). :) I will probably want to look into hip padding, since I don't have much for hips, and also have broad shoulders.

Viv, only thing I can see is you need shorter arms. Don't think you can do much about that though :D
