Having gone out in capri's and jeans, I'd always looked forward to my first time in a dress or skirt...the breeze blowing gently over my legs. Would my wife and I be going to dinner, a movie, the bar or a casino. So tonight I'm dressed in a pair to gray boots, tan hose, black skirt and gray top. Makeup and hair look good. My wife is dressed similar and I'm thinking just a nice Tuesday night at home. My wife has been working on me to get out more as Diana...so she says to me...are you ready?..."lets take the garbage to the dumpster (we live in an apartment)." Your kidding me I said...the dumpster!? She said "well it's practice." So out the door I go, garbage in hand. Breeze felt great on my legs while I was walking to the "dumpster!" I hope your first time out was more exciting (lol):D

My first time out in a skirt with my bride by my side was crossing a motel parking lot heading toward a casino. I walked much too fast and she threatened to go back to the room if I didn't slow down. I think I remember the breeze on my legs, there was too much going on all at once.

For the first time out in a skirt the place you went to sounds like a dump.. Just kidding. We all have made small baby steps before. But you've got to admit skirts are the bomb!! Nothing like a small breeze to let you know what you are wearing. Personal I think dinner, movie or the Casino would have been better, and smelled better too!!

My first time out was in a dress. Wife dropped me out at one end of a looooong outlet mall on a Friday night and went and parked at the other end. Took me 15 minutes to walk a crowded sidewalk in heels back to the safety of the car.
Little steps... keep going! It gets easier (I hope)

My first time out was also in a dress, in San Francisco!! I was in the Navy at the time and was on leave! I dressed in my hotel room, including doing my makeup and fixing my wig, and went out to dinner! Pretty sure that I was notified by people, but no one said anything to me. I did get some funny looks in the restaurant!! That incident took place about 60 years ago, when I was 19!!

I'm not an accountant or an engineer but If i do the math right you are 39. Again.................
Hey, it may be taking out the garbage, but wasn't it more fun than in a pair of guy jeans? You'll probably want to take it out all the time now!
I remember the first time I wore a skirt out the front door and onto a darkened porch at night. It was the first time that anyone had the chance to see me, provided that they were equipped with night-vision equipment and were in exactly the right place on the sidewalk in front of the house! Still, to my closeted brain it was quite a thrill. Seems like the dark ages now that I go out regularly with my wife and friends. Diana, I'll bet that you'll feel the same way in a few months!

Congratulations! I remember my first time out in a skirt. It was a lovely Fall day in New England. My wife and I were planning on shopping and then going out to lunch. We came out of the hotel and were walking across the parking lot to our car. The breeze was blowing by my legs and up my skirt, making me feel very vulnerable. I asked my wife if she always felt half naked when dressed that way. It was an eye opening experience and I'll never forget that day!

lol honestly!! lol See, soon all come to realize, if we want to be a female for real(sort of), trash is part of the 'reality'. Someone has to take the darn stuff away and women do it every day along with a million other things we take for granted. That was your first taste at being a woman out and about. lol Congratulations on your first outing in a skirt. I recall the feeling like it was yesterday. As a note, don't expect a gg to understand the thrill you experience as she is female 24/7 and knows no other than herself. Mine just laughs at me and shakes her head when I do something silly while enfemme, or question her about something like having to take out trash. She does not ever have to pretend to be female.
So what's next for you, a trip to the mall sounds devilishlly wonderful.

Seems we all remember that first time out the door in a dress or skirt, like it was a milestone in the path of life. Mine was a dark night, in early fall, it was late, around 1AM I would guess, I slipped out the door, not turning on the porch light of course, darn near fell on my face getting off the porch in those heels, and then the breeze caught up with me, what a rush, I still enjoy that feel on a fall day.
But after readingSally'ss thoughts on the subject "The breeze was blowing by my legs and up my skirt, making me feel very vulnerable. I asked my wife if she always felt half naked when dressed that way." Maybe that's why women don't wear them as often, in this world, who really wants to feelvulnerablee all the time. Between stares, kids pulling at your leg, pants or skirt, the breeze blowing up your skirt at a bad time, getting in and out of cars, it takes paying a lot of attention to details to wear it and not have it be a problem. We maybe the only large group of people that think it's worth the trouble.

Well, is that one small step for a CD-er and one large step for CD-kind? Now you need to find a more romantic setting....

My first time out was in a little black dress!! I went out at about 10 and started walking and headed towards the grocery store. As I was walking I noticed that this black car was slowing down and I wanted to see what was going on. It turns out they were stopping for me. But as soon as I turned around they took off because they realized I was a guy!! At that point in life I didn't know how to do makeup and I was more exploring than anything.
