"IGIA Instant Cover Concealer" Have You tried this??

Question for you lovely ladies out there that use concealer's and foundations.
I am looking into getting my darling SammyJoUK some Dermablend stuff and when I was looking on ebay I came across the "IGIA Instant Cover Concealer" and was wondering if any of you have used it and what do you think of it.
Oh and if you have any comments on Dermablend that would be helpful

I tried it a couple of years ago. It's okay, but a little greasy.

If you are looking for a good cover foundation, I use Colortration (http://www.colortration.com), which I love and every GG that hs used it on me loves too.
