Who of you is going to get dressed up as your favorite self on Halloween?

Who of you has ever done that?

Me? No way would I dress up on Halloween and go out to a party. Would I want to? Of course. And no, I've never done it, but I wish I had the balls!

I went out, in my usual drab, with my figure skating friends this evening. It is mostly couples. Turns out that a couple of Halloweens ago, before I met them, the guys went dressed up as girls, and want to do the same thing this year when we skate next Saturday night. They showed me some photos -- definitely guys in dresses. Of course, I agreed to join them! I don't think that I'll dial it all the way up and wear my breast forms -- probably my denim skirt, a camisole top, and jacket (it's cold in the skating rink!). I will take time with my makeup and wig. Perfume? Hmmm....I'd like to.

Was supposed to go to aparty last night. It was cancelled sue to the weather. Very dissapointing, it was to be the first time out in public. Was gonna be a French Maid, I know, a little tooo much, but I haven't seen "regular woman" costumes anywhere. I was very excited, that turned to disappointment now. I was so afraid at first, then I just really wanted to do it. It was like Halloween gave me a plausible excuse to been seen by anyone while being Femme,

I've done it a few times in the past. The first time I did was when I was 19 and in the military. Unfortunately I wont be able to this year. I don't think going to the kids Halloween party (lots of 3-9 year olds and parents) enfem would go over very well.

Yes that is how i did frist begin andfoundmyself as the female i really am. At frist it was mostly for show just to finally be a girl. Then i did this at scifi conventions for about three years But now i mostly still just dress at home when ever i can which is not nearly enough of the time. I would much perfer to dress this way amost all of ther time. Oh well. And another thing At halloween what i woul most like to find is a spell that would change me magically to female oh wow would that be fantastic any of you girls out there know of nayway to do this. I have so often wondered if there is not a real way to do just that I am currently looking for this Perhaps there is a real way to do just this I have been some few time's very close to finding a real way to doing this it just hurts real bad that i have not been able to do it as of yet but may there is a way. After all nothing is impossible indeed. Suzy!.

I've got to hand it to you , Suzy. You have a very active imagination. I went out dressed totally en femme once to a Halloween party. It was not actually ON Halloween, but close enough. It was a Halloween costume party anyway. My wife was a bit startled that I looked so good. One of the things I really liked about it was getting to actually shave my legs. Mmmmm! That felt good! Since that allowed me to wear only one pair of pantyhose, rather than the multiple layers I must use now to cover up, I got the total sensation of the dress brushing against my legs, the feel of the breeze under my dress, etc. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Alas, I had to allow the nasty hair to grow back. Grrrr! Oh, and I was blonde back then.

Yes, this upcoming weekend is my friend's annual Halloween bash. It'a a huge house party, and every year I've gone en femme, in one form or another. Everyone has a great time, and my SO enjoys helping with my costumes. It'a a once-a-year huge confidence boost.

Who of you is going to get dressed up as your favorite self on Halloween?

I am! I'll be in Las Vegas and going out as a Vegas Showgirl along with about 20 other Tgirls and severl SO's.

Who of you has ever done that?

Last year I went out as Alice in Wonderlasd, the year before as Nurse Feelgood, and before that a French Maid, and before that... well you get the idea!

Susan, give it a try! Halloween one of the few times in our lives that men can dress up as women and not raise a lot of suspicion. I guarantee you that you won't be the only guy out their dressed in womens clothing!

I'm planning to go to the TGSF Halloween Party, but with the knee will probably just go en femme rather than getting an elaborate costume.

Halloween is an interesting time of year for me. I love putting together costumes (both female AND male), but the female costumes are the only ones that I can wear out to the bars any time I want and still be seen as acceptable. I'd get more strange looks if I went out dressed as Steve Zissou than I would if dressed as a gothic school girl.

So ironically, I have to wait for Halloween as an excuse to wear my male costumes in public!

Thats a great line! I suspect a lot of girls here going to parties will be a bit careful not to look too good en femme!

For several past Halloweens I have been to parties dressed as my favorite: Elvira, Mistress of the Dark. Although it is my favorite, I decided I have done that one too many times.

My wife and I went to a party last night and I went as something different for me: a female character from the original Star Trek television series. I stopped at a gas station shop along the way to pick up some ice at the request of the host of the party. When I walked in to pay for the ice, the two guys on duty gave me the funniest look. I just walked up to the counter, put down the bags of ice and said, "Beam me up Scottie." The two just about fell over laughing at that. One of them then said, "I get it, a Halloween party.... Better be?" To which I replied, "Better be." More laughs. I definately livened up their evening.
A picture is worth a thousand words, so....

Shannon,

That sounds like fun! Figure skating en femme.

I would enjoy that if it was possible.

Oh well, I'd still enjoy it in long pants. My first date with my wife was at the iceskating rink.

I taught her how to ice skate. It was a lot of fun!

I plan to use Halloween as an occasion to buy some clothes. I'm still a newbie at it. My costume probably won't be feminine, I think that step is a year away.

I've done it a few years ago. I was a witch, in a black dress and a witch hat and of course heels. My feet hurt bad after taking the kids out for a few hours. This year I have the whole 3 day weekend off work. You bet I'll enjoy it, and definately en femm.

I did it for the first time LAST year--first time OUT and first time for Halloween----At our Adult sunday school Party---I was a Gypsy Fortune teller---I was a big hit and all the ladies wanted me to read their fortunes.

I won the costume contest too BTW.

I beleive going as a female CHARACTER (like a fortune teller) rather than jist a "female" took the TG/CD "edge" off enough---for me to get the nerve to do it. Besides, I looked so drastically different, I just HAD to do it.

I have dressed up for the last two Halloween's. The first time my SO went with me to pick out all the clothes, as I had revealed to her a dream I had about being dressed as a woman. The dream allowed me to talk to her about it, and she has been very supportive. I just handed out candy at the front door that year.

Last year we met in the afternoon, and since she was needing some papers from her office, she asked me drop by her office to pick them up! It was quite a thrill to walk in as Lauren. We met in a parking lot, and her gg cousin showed up to get the papers. She totally did not recognize me at first, thinking I was just one of my SOs many friends. She had no problem with my being Lauren, and then my So and I then drove up I-5 to a casino together. We stayed a few hours, eating lunch and playing slots. The waitress was not sure at first, but I just used my normal voice and since it was Halloween, pretty much anything goes.

One of the funniest parts of the day was when we returned and I walked over to my elderly neighbor's house. A few days earlier I had met her in a drug store while picking out some lipstick. I asked her opinion, and so she knew what I was planning. When I rang her doorbell, she came to the door and it took me a couple of tries to convience her it was me. We still go out to dinner once a month, and occasionally laugh about it.

Not sure my office is ready for me to appear in a skirt, however. Will decide over the weekend. No big deal, either way. I have been there plenty of times in my business woman's skirt and coat. It is usually late at night, and one night I was there for several hours finishing a report. Imagine the rush when you step into the elevator, not knowing who will be there when the door opens. That, however, is for another time.

For now...I love Halloween!

Just do it!
I've done it for years now and it's always a blast. I wore my very skimpy pink costume last Saturday evening and I plan to be a devil girl this weekend at a party and a schoolgirl at another party.

But then again I wear women's clothing at work, school and in leisure, so nothing is really changing with the nature of my clothing.

Several years back I went to work at an office job fully dressed. I wore one of my SO's professional grey suits with a silk blouse and knee length skirt, and matching pumps. She helped me with makeup and hair, and it was the best Halloween ever!

16 yrs ago and then again 12 yrs ago, my wife went en homme and I en femme, quite a rush both times. I had not been out en femme again until this year. As for Halloween... I'd love to this year but sadly will not have the chance to do so (except for maybe a bit of uninhibited shopping in drab, possibly my 1st mall makeover, hmmm  ). Happy Halloween to all you lovely ladies!! Tammi

Had been planning to go to a friend's party dressed as a female vampire but my plans changed. My little grandkids want me to go trick or treating with them and then to a kid's party with them and their parents, so thats where I'll be. They are all excited and I wouldn't miss it for the world. Their only young once.
