That's who I want to be, so that is who and what I am. I don't worry about what other people think I am, or what I should be called, or what category I fall under...because, what other people think I am doesn't change what I really am. I don't worry about why I like what I like...because knowing or not knowing why isn't going to change my interests, if the are sincere. I choose not to worry myself with the perceptions of those who criticize me because they fail to appreciate me or my interests. My concern is not going to change their perceptions. I may attempt to explain to provide an understanding, however, if I fail, I will not feel any less legitimate...because my identity and my interests are no more or less valid than theirs. Instead, I choose to just be. If I tried to do anything else, I would be lying to myself and would not find happiness, in my life. I am what I am and I do what I do, because it makes me happy. That's all the explanation and justification I really need.
