View Full Version : The Intoxicating Taste of Lipstick . . . .

I find the taste of lipstick to be exquisite, elegant, and resplendently delicious. It is an ambrosial treat, a sublime, delicate, ethereal nectar that nourishes my soul. I relish and savor the precious, refined, distinctly feminine taste of a generous coating of lipstick.
Lipstick provides a certain warm, enchanting, internal ambience unto itself, reflected in a myriad explosion of endless possibilities, external color, beauty, and solace. The application of lipstick certainly by no means makes the woman, but it certainly assists in the deconstruction of the male. Oh how I enjoy and take immeasurable pleasure from the taste and flavor of lipstick!
I thoroughly enjoy applying all makeup, but is there any one type of makeup for you that trumps others? I could almost write just as easily about, for example, eye makeup. Almost. I am the consummate makeup junkie. I love, love, love makeup. But there is just something really, really intoxicating about the taste of lipstick . . . .

Taste of lipstick, Anne? To be honest, I don't eat it alone, only with other dishes! No idea how it tastes!
However, I don't wear make up at home so I DO really enjoy seeing it on my wine glass on the rare occassions I've gone out dressed! It's always such a surprise to see that I've somehow gotten some lady's glass! Lol!

Anne,
You're not suppose to eat lipstick, PLEASE read the directions on how to apply and the side effects of eating it. Seriously, I have found that different colors of MAC lipstick have a different smell and that along with a coat of lip gloss is intoxicating.
I'd bet anything, that between the two of us, we could stock a MAC store.
Always,

oh I got intoxicated by your words, Anne! as I read I felt privileged to understand and relate to it... and it made my own lipstick taste even better :)
while I'm not a makeup junkie I am totally in love with lipstick. have way too many (if that's even possible lol). but I can't help myself when I'm passing by a cosmetics store and I see a big pair of colorful lips on an ad... they whisper to me "come"... and I go ^ ^

Silly girls, I do not eat my lipstick, and you know it!!! LOL!!! :heehee:
But surely you know the taste of lipstick! The taste when you gently blend your lips together in harmonious union, and your warm, wet tongue makes intimate, soft, dainty contact with your own freshly painted, immaculately colored, feminized lips . . . . That is the lush, sumptuous taste I am referring to . . . . :battingeyelashes:

I also find the same in that. For I kissed many lady;s and or women, the the taste of lipstick added so much erotocism to it all. My wife and I have been loaded with lipstick, and when we kiss, it's is so sensual and electric. I have brought out things in her that she never knew existed.

Applying lipstick and the feel of it on my lips. . . :daydreaming: I'm sorry, what were we just talking about? :)
Seriously, count me in! Here is my latest purchase at my MAC makeover Friday (more to follow on that!): 169840 Lipglass in Pop Mode.
I've taken to wearing some nude shades when I'm crossdressing as a guy :battingeyelashes: including MAC Jubilee or the new Revlon Lip Butter in Creme Brulee. Not only does it feel terrific but I got a "gee your lips are so much softer" from my SO.
Thanks for the post Anne! Now I'm gonna be thinking lipstick for the rest of the night!
Debby
P.S. I'd love to have the job of naming these shades!!!

...here's a thought...you do eat it! It doesn't evaporate...so when it needs to be touchd up its because what was there has washed off and made its way down to your stomach. So in a lifetime you may eat a pound of the stuff!

You won't get any disagreement here! Lipgloss and lipgloss both do it for me, in a way that no other kind of makeup ever could. That's why I was buying lipstick long before any other type of makeup! I think it's the fact that it's such a multisensory experience...
The moment I put it on, the way it glides, transforming my lips, awakening, bringing out their fullness & potential. The way that it tastes, so femme... the way that it smells... the way my lips slightly cling together as they separate, making ever fiber of my body feel alive, wanting to do all the things that lips do, just to feel more... the way it makes my lips look in the mirror, or leaves full, womanly prints on glasses and napkins and cheeks and collars... and of course, the heavenly way my lips slide and melt while under the influence - especially when pressed against another pair of glossy or sticky lips! Yes, I'll take lipgloss and lipstick at every possible opportunity!
Thanks for getting a girl all riled up!! ;)

Agreed. Given that smell and taste plays a part it's interesting that Revlon has given up on both in many of their lip products.

love those sensuous pics of those lips. I know what you mean Anne about the lipstick. But only certain lipsticks. I had some Maybelline which was like a mint flavor and i hated that !
So the lipstick is one of those sensuous pleasures of cross dressing. I would also put having nylons on freshly shaved legs in that category as well! and maybe a nice scent too. thats 3 senses then taste, touch and smell. and of course the sight of ......

I have to agree that you are not supposed to est lipstick. There are dyes and chemicals in lipstick that would not be allowed in food, and Canada has taken action about the use of lead and the chemicals known as "D4 and D5 siloxanes", used in lipsticks, because of environmental concerns. I have an even grosser reason not to eat it. We used to have a rendering plant where waste meat cuttings, restarant grease, dead animals, road kill, and dead pets, put down or from disease were rendered for their fat. There was a list of things made from the rendered fat, which included "rendered fatty acids used in lipsticks". Now how gross is that? Especially if you eat it. Sombody may have taken action against the rendering plant, because it blew up. Lots of people hated it because of the smell.

I understand the allegory, Anne. For me, if I can narrow it down a bit, it's less the exquisite taste of lipstick, but the overwhelming effect that it has on my appearance and my self-image. It is an utterly feminizing element that shadows my psyche, a manifestation of the woman within. I see its fingerprint on my wine glass, and think to myself, that's me - I left that there. Sigh. I love it!

I dont ordinarily bother with makeup as I didnt really feel it would enhance the experience and if I am honest the panic of undressing if someone came over and forgetting to clean my face scares me. I can see the clothes and can cover up underwear quick enough but makeup takes things to another level.
So with a few hours up my sleeve last night while dressed I applied some lipstick. Not much and I'll admit I wasnt all that good at it (and I was a little intimidated by the dude in the dress looking back at me - LOL), but I perceviered. Now I dont know how I feel about it or at least how to describe it, other than to say it was like the outfit I was wearing was almost complete. Like when shoes match an outfit or underwear matches completely. Not really important as no one will ever see or know if you panties dont match your bra, but somehow it is important to me. The addition of lipstick was like adding a final touch and I'll admit now to going further with the experiment and trying some powder foundation to hide a few marks on my face.
For the short time I had left enfemme as I watched TV I could feel the different texture on my face/lips and found it likeable (cant think of the right words here). The range of stuff to consider when shopping now got bigger (not to mention where to hide the stuff)
Who would have thought it was such an addictive addition to crossdressing? Maybe it isnt to most, but I have thoughts about finding some cosmetics for myself now (to be honest I didnt like my wifes colour selection - LOL - suited her, not me). Damn it less money to spend on shoes...
Funny how something as simple as lipstick wasnt something I had considered, but now I have tried it I think more of it.
Hmmm food for thought,
Heather

When I was little I used to get into my mother's lipstick. I loved everything about it; the color, the taste, the smell and how it felt. Of course, I would smear it all over and make a huge mess of it, but when I looked into the mirror, I was a beautiful princess. Then I would get caught and my rearend would get paddled. I still try to re-live those moments whenever I can. I still like lipstick, too.

Nah, but seriously...just the drugstore. It's like $2 and it's a nice little moisturizer to wear to bed. Also kinda tastes sweet when you are saving on calories. The cool girls in middle school all had the Lip Smackers set with a bunch of different kinds in it. We would all trade...and, then our parents wondered how we got mono...

I literally just laughed really hard at that.
It's a good idea though. I pretty much took everything that my mom had when I was young. An infamous line was, "Well, I must just be naturally beaaaaautiful...because, I can't have ANYTHING in this house." You have to say this with a lot of hand gestures and sarcasm. I've never tried lipstick (eating it...or putting it on my lips in general) before but when I was in elementary school there was one girl who constantly would cover her lips with marshmallow-flavored lip gloss - she used so much gloss that she would be eating a little of it every day. She definitely enjoyed it. :-)

Applying your lipstick is a woman red badge of courage to face the world and take on all of it challenges. It is last thing I put on before leaving the mirror, and I re-apply it when ever I eat or drink something that would tend to remove it. There is nothing more womanly, than being able to apply lipstick with out looking while sitting at a table after dinner.

I'm going to be a downer and say the last time I tried ("borrowed") any was well over 10 years ago and I remember it clearly...
- This feels odd
- This smells odd
- *dry heaves*
- *franticly wiping it off on a nearby towel*
- *more dry heaves*
And that's why I'm terrified by lip products to this day, especially when I see it on someone's straw/cup/whatever it makes me nauseated.
I'm a very, very, very, abnormal person though so :P
