How do I get a picture of myself for ma avator and also post apicture under the photo section

Settings - edit avatar....

Stick your picture in a temp file [Can be anywhere on your P.C. as long as you can find it again]

Go to settings.
Go to Edit Avatar.

Click on Browse.
Find picture and download.
