Hi Girls,

I have just done my weekly weigh in and have lost 3lb which brings my total weight loss since I started my diet to SIX STONE (84lb to you US girls) . Still think I need to lose at least another 2 stone (28lb) but it feels great and Im finally beginning to live life the way I have always wanted to.

If you havn't seen the pic of me on holiday in St.Lucia in April here it is.

It just goes to show what you can achieve in life when you want something so badly Sharon, and I have never wanted anything more than this lifestyle that I am now beginning to have. I wasted 10 years of my life in denial so have a lot of time to make up for.

Congratulations, Gemma. You are a STAR!!! I feel the same way about losing the extra weight that I have carried for years so I can look good in a dress!!:D I think that weight was just pure guilt and shame embodied! Have more fun, honey!

Gemma, I am so proud of you! I, too battled weigh for years and years. I finally resorted to Gastric By-pass Surgery three years ago to help control my weight. This was after years and years (over 30). While the battle is not over, the strategy has now changed.

Gemma you have earned the right to be proud of your accomplishment and I celebrate your success with you. I hope you continue to find the drive and inspiration to contimue on to your goal and that you are able to fully embrace the lifestyle you desire.
