We just called it "getting dressed" or "bring some cloths so you can dress" or "I would love to be able to go out dressed soon". The context made it clear that "being dressed" was not the counter of being in your birthday suit! :D

Most of my friends know what to expect. With an old friend from grade school, after I explained it to him, how he started asking from time to time if I will be in "uniform". He may not understand it but has never given me a hard time about it so I go along with this for him. Sometimes a friend might ask if "Genifer is coming?" Like I said in the beginning though, with most of my friends there is never a need to question.

I have no code word or phrase. In my mind, I'm just getting dressed and putting on my makeup to go out. Where I go and what I'm doing dictates what I'm wearing. It's all the same whether I'm going out in girl or boy mode.

My wife asks if I am going to put on my pretty things. She is a nurse and works 3 -11, she'll tell me what housework needs to be done and that she knows I'd like to do wearing 'pretty things' .

She folds my 'pretty things' when they com eout of the dryer.

We have a lake cabin and I dress full time almost full time down there, When we go to vanity fair outlet mall, she will ask if I need any panties. I don't buy panties every trip, but I sure do look!

Something clicked in her a while back, don't know what it was, but she is much more accepting of who I am and how I am. Which is nice. I generally wear vf colortura pjs to bed.

I don't want to pass as a woman, I just like wearing women's clothes. androgenous clothes. Shirt, top, elastic waste jeans, vf full cut briefs, so nice.

For us, it's pretty things. She will also tell me when she needs new panties. and I get to go to the store and buy her some.

I call it run downstairs and open up the storage bins put on some really tight undergarmets on after taping your privates then squeeze into heels that really don't fit but look great then wrap it up with a tight dress, now pull my hair back and put it under a stocking then glue some plastic hair on my head then superglue some plastic on my fingernails then paint them with quick dry paint then put really expensive makeup on that take about an hour to put on and five minutes to wash off then pinch my ears with clip ons so tight so they won't fall off then head out the door and have fun shopping. I also call it get the comfy clothes on....
