I have started making cookies and I am up to my neck in flour and sugar. I am only making four kinds but I have to make 2 batches of each or they will be gone before Christmas. I have cookie monsters as room mates and truth be told I am just as bad.
Hope every one is doing well for the holidays. It has been quite in here for awhile. I miss you all. I will keep every one in my mind and will send good vibes to you all. Have to run my timer is going off and I have to pull cookies out of oven.

If they are quick oats you can make what is called No Bake cookies. They are my favourite kind. You fix them on the stove then spoon them out on wax paper let them cool and then put them in a container and place in refrigerate them. There simple but good cookie.
