What's the name of those suits that imitate the complete female anatomy?

Hello.

I have seen videos of suits in some places on the Internet (can't remember the sites, though) where cross-dressers demonstrate a suit that lets you "dress in the female body" - in other words, this suit is a skin-coloured "overall" of sorts that includes all the details - legs, hips, arms, breasts, and sometimes even the vagina.
I am greatly interested in these suits, because they would definitely be the easiest and most convenient way to easily get those female curves.

Some research on Google show that there has been limited success producing a convincing female body suit.
But good luck searching for one.
