Did anyone catch the show According to Jim last night? I don't know if it's shown in the UK or elsewhere in the world, but it's on Tuesday nights here in the U.S. Anyway, Jim (played by Jim Belushi as a "typical" macho male) was upset because his son wanted to dress as Cinderella for Halloween. And no matter how much he pleaded and tried to bribe the boy, the kid stuck by his guns about wearing the Cinderella dress. :D
I never watch the show because it doesn't appeal to me, but when I caught the preview earlier in the evening I decided to check it out and see how the subject matter would be approached. I was pleased to learn that in the end Jim and his male friend (forgot his name) not only backed up the boy's choice, but they also dressed as women to show their full support. :thumbsup:
Cute episode. Would be nice if episodes like this could help people keep an open mind. :)
