Before I finally started going out, any female clothing was exciting to wear. I would underdress sometimes. But once I went out, I really only like the full gig. Wig, makeup, dress & heels. I really have no desire for anything less.
I love a night out and spend lots of time working out exactly what I'm going to wear, days in advance. Having just the right outfit is very important to me. I plan down to exactly which necklace matches my shoes best. Once on my way to a club, I realized that I had forgotten my rings, it was distressing.
But when I'm home, I am perfectly happy in my boy clothes. I even look forward to those times when we go to events where I can wear my Tux. I love my Girly time and will never give it up, but I also still enjoy my boy time.
It is apparent for the posts here that everybody has different desires. I just womder how many are like mine?

Hello Jess,
I'm pretty much the same. I love my girlie time but I also enjoy my guy time as well. I have only underdressed a couple of times (pantyhose under my jeans on very cold days) and that's it. Just kick back and enjoy the way you like to do things, that's all.

I can identify with your take on dressing. All the way or nothing en femme, and still have a nice male wardrobe that I feel I look good in. I too really enjoy my dressed time, but I'm also perfectly happy in boy mode at home.

I love to go out twice or sometimes three times a week. I'm retired. So, sometimes I leave in the middle of the afternoon and always come back before 9PM. But I don't like to frequent bars. When I go out I normally go to different Walmarts every time to buy my groceries. And a supermarket to buy lotto tickets. My only concern going out has been my next door neighbord and the one across the street. But I suspected they knew about my secret life. So the other day as I was going out the guy next door was doing some landscaping. And I said to myself the hell with him. So the guy started chatting with me for a little bit in a very cordial manner without giving me any reason to feel uncomfortable. So overcoming that experience of having him see me enfemme has made me feel more confident to go out any time of the day without worrying about them being outside when I walk out my door. I always pay with my credit card and I'm used to the cashiers either paying or not paying attention to a male name on the card. Sometimes I notice people staring at me in the stores. But I try to act in a normal manner. Of course the way you see me in my Avatar is normally the way I like to dress.

I feel exactly 110% just like you. If I get dressed, I want to go all the way with every last possible trimming put on me and then go out that front door! When I'm at home, I am happy to be in male mode. Going out with the wife I'm very happy as a man. I just need some more girly time in my life.

Quick answer: Quite a lot while school is out!

I wear mostly women's clothes all the time now. In the past in the corporate world I was always dressed appropriate for my position, but I wore panties everyday. I do enjoy time with my wife as her husband. When I was young I could pass quite easily and did even when it was illegal. I don't try and pass today just too old and ugly or lazy. My neighbors know I'm a kook "escentric" and don't care.

When I can, at least two or three days a week:)

Can't do much through the school holidays....kids at home!

BUT....it seems to me that the more I CAN do it, the more I WANT to do it????....just being greedy I guess:D

With thse cool evenings I like wear some warm tights, a jean skirt maybe a bra and a long sleve "T" when I get home from work, I live alone so no one but me here anyway.
One day a week I like (if have the time) heals and nice dress... I like practace walking in the heals to get better at them.... I am still learning the makeup and don't yet have my first wig. I sometimes do wear pantyhose under my uniform to work but not often.

Hi Jess, yeah this is me too... but when the pink fog appears it can cloud things! I have a high profile male life.. in that I do lots of people contact, lectures, speeches and events and stuff and I would not be without them. I also play guitar in a hard rock band... but I also have Kaz... but Kaz seems to be becoming more important to me...? Not so sure where I go from here...

For me, at least part of every day. Around the house in the AM, I'm pretty much me. Out and about a couple of times a week. Most of the time the guy is out. I'm kinda getting to feel like Kimdl -- guy time is getting to be kind of an intrusion, but I'm happy both ways!

I'm with you Jess, Lynn, and others. I have a very normal and enjoyable guy life (husband, father, sportsman, handyman, etc.). I can't dress as often as I could when I was younger and single, but when I do, it's all the way: glamour overdone - makeup, eyelashes, wig, shapewear, pantyhose, skirt/top or dress, high heels, painted nails, perfume, jewelry. I go out some, but I usually stay in so I can really go overboard with makeup and killer high heels, and I occasionally like to wear my maid's outfit or Japanese schoolgirl sailor uniform for even more dressup fun.

At present I dress every day. If there are things that I must to drab then I do them, but at night after dinner it's all Cheryl time.

I'm retired, so I pretty much can dress every weekday, if I so choose. My wife still is working so I have seven plus hours of time available, if I want to dress en femme. It seems a little weird lately because I have not had the compulsive desire to dress everyday? I can sense a hormonal change in my body which maybe the reason for a decrease in the compulsive behavior. Or maybe there is less stress, so I am not seeking relief through compulsive cross dressing.

However, when I do desire to become Stephanie, it is fully en femme. Then I feel totally comfortable en femme and do not even realize I am en femme. I do enjoy my guy time and dress accordingly. Sometimes it is a shirt and tie (still have my pre retirement wardrobe), beat up jeans and holey tee shirts for yard work, and casual everyday attire. I'm actually feeling better in my male attire since I started losing weight per doctor recommendation. My waist has dropped two inches.

I think if I have the ability to be en femme whenever the urge hits, then I am dressing less when I do have the time.

Every day to to some extent. The wife still works fulltime and I retired early so I have all day alone. Guy mode has taken a back seat to Marleena time.:)

Definitely not as often as i would like. I have yet to go out 100% as a woman in public, maybe this will be the year. I do crazy stuff like wear bra panties garter hose slip blouse womans jeans a cute blouse heels and either my mens jacket or a oversized sweatshirt and my forms. I really need to do the makeup and hair because honestly I have ore of a chancebat getting caught doing it this way.

I dress every day. I'm always shaved, totally smooth, and if I have to be "me" I mix and match girl's clothes with the male ones. Personally I am so tired of hiding, so I guess I am at a different level right now. I have been in the situation where I could not dress at all and it really caused more damage than dressing would. As for being totally out as a girl I have done it many times....once one gains the inner acceptance, what anyone says does not matter. Believe me there is far worse than a guy in skinny jeans or short shorts with red toe nails and flip flops!!!!!

I at least underdress every day, and wear panties 24/7. I fully dress at least 50% of the time. My SO, who is a wonderfully supportive woman, encourages me to dress as much as possible, so with the holidays over and done with, we will have fewer obligations and less company, so I'll probably dress 80 or 90 percent of the time now. Being retired does have it's advantages. :) :)

Either I'm Tina or I'm not. There is no in between for me. I love both of my genders and look forward every day to choosing which gender happens to be "me" that day. Since I work as a male, that does limit my choices many times, but once it's been decided which gender for the day, it's a complete move to that gender. Life is good :)

When I'm not at work or seeing people who don't know me as Katie (mainly my family), 100% of the time, aside from work cloths (shirts, smartish trousers) I own very few boy cloths, haven't brought any in a long, long, time. Even then quite a bit of what I wear wouldn't be found in a mens department. Whilst I love putting together an outfit to go out, most of the time I wear normal cloths that any 30 year old woman would wear, and just get on with my life as Katie, the time when I'm not being her is becoming harder to deal with and just feels like, as kimdl93 says, an intrusion into my real life. I have a sneaking suspicion that makes me somewhat more than cross dresser, but at least it makes me happy.

i dress all the time, not a nudest...ha...ha...ha

i dress every day in a skirt and blouse, and even in guy mode it is nothing but girl clothing.
i can not remember the last time i put on guy clothing. even today at the dr's office for my medical only girls things on. skin out, toes to top...but in and as a guy.
nothing frilly. no need to look like that for the company dr.

I mostly just do clothes, panties, hose, dresses, shoes, etc. I would love to do more like makeup, wig and anything that made me look more feminine but circumstances prevent this for now (by my choice). I am also worried my face will not be as feminine as I desire even with makeup. I hope I can do a makeover some day just to see if I can look as feminine as I often feel.

All the time. I honestly can't remember precisely when I dressed as a guy (sometime around Jr. High, I think.) I went to High School, college, and grad school as Kara. When I was job hunting it was as Kara. My neighbors know me as Kara (who can't cook to save her life). They know me as a girl that's got a bit more than average up top, as something of a geek, the one that will come over and change light bulbs and fix their TV's. (I tell them I'm like Peggy Bundy - I flunked Home Economics!)

The things I'd do (if I won the Lottery) would be to go under the knife for some facial surgery and to get rid of that last little bit of **** meat down there! (Of course, with my luck, I'd never get the three weeks off to go to Boston (or Bangkok, or Havana) and do it. I'd get called back for some 'emergency' that wasn't.)

I have been crossdressing for over 60 years. I underdress almost every day, and usually dress at least partly enfemme most days. Although my 2 children know that I crossdress and don't care, they don't want to see me dressed. So I don't dress outwardly around them, but I am usually underdressed even then. So I guess the answer to your question is that I am usually dressed at least partly every day!! But I am still a man underneath the silk and satin lingerie, and I do enjoy wearing my man clothes, especially my Tuxedo! I belong to a man's organization at my Church, and have to wear my Tux frequently. I do look pretty good in it!

Not as often as I would like to, I'm sure if I can find the nerve to go out shopping as my feminine self I'll be going out all of the time as a woman.

I dress often, when I am not working I am fully dressed enfemme, I always wear a wig very little makeup, dresses, hoisery, and heels. There are times I dress enfemme fo a week or more straight. I am more comfortable in my skin when dressed enfemme than I am in male clothes.

I dress whenever I am not at work and we aren't entertaining or going to someone else's home. And the difference between just putting on clothes and going all out is minimal since I have long hair. The difference amounts to doing something with my hair and putting on make-up. Most women don't need to do that and I don't if I am not going out.

I'm gonna be hairwise where Sue, in her avatar is now in about by 5-6 months, mine is already 14 months without a haircut. Hair grows 1/2 inch (or 1cm whatever) per month, you do the math. I work in a corporate environment, and so far I've gotten away with it, and got a major promotion too, and I'm just going to keep it going as long as I can. I want to give up the wig so badly, and now it seems like it's going to happen without any threat of losing my job or friends. I have a professional pedicure with metallic red toes as I write this.

I dress en femme anytime I want, but not at my job.....that's the rule.

Well I am quite the jealous blonde here. When I have the opportunity to dress I want to dress fully only. However my chances are few and far between. My opporunities seem to come in spurts and and tend to be days or weeks at a time. My wife knows I dress and I only dress when she will be away for a time. So the final tally for me is an average of a few weeks spread over a year. That said I love every minute I get to be enfemme.

I dress mostly on weekends since its the only time I get to myself, i will underdress if I have a burning desire to and its cold enough to wear a hoodie, umm not sure if I can say I only dress on weekends cause the last few months I have completely switched to womens jeans, no one seems to notice or just dont say anything...

Rarely, if at all. I've averaging about once a year or so.

I have only one outfit, and I don't know which soap to use in the washing machine, so I'm kinda screwed there. And I can't dress up at home, because one, I'm not comfortable doing it in front of my family yet, and I don't think they are comfortable just yet with meeting my female self, and two, I have no idea how my dad would take it, and I'm kinda scared of what his reaction would be.

Almost everyday for me, after i get home from work i usually slip into something comfy, like a skirt and top, dress. Then going to sleep i usually sleep in a nightie. Also about once a week now i go out fully dressed to meet some other CD's around my area.

Dressing en femme and going out is a special thing for me. I like going out in the world and experiencing it with a feminine expression :) I'm also kinda glad I don't dress fully all the time as I think I get more enjoyment when I do dress because of that. Ok, I wear panties and a bra under my gender neutral girls jeans and hoodies and whatnot, but for me, nothing beats dressing up in a nice dress, heels, wig, makeup, etc, and then going out and having fun.

Wearing a tux? ... well, for me, I'm not too crazy about that. If my wife and I were ever to go to some formal event where I was required to be my male self, like say some employee appreciation party or whatever, than that would be fine I guess, but I can't say that I would enjoy it that much.

The only time I'm in drab is while at work. I work outside so construction boots are a must. I am undressed however. Besides that, it's 100% of the time. Nothing too dramatic as I like to blend, although my pants do tend to be on the tighter side.

Was I time it was at least once a week, schedule doesn't permit that anymore though.
Like others, I prefer an all or nothing. If the wife is involved, I prefer her not to see me in between, my male self leaves, wendi shows up.
I then try to stay as long as I can, whether that's a few hours or all day.

I get to dress 3 or 4 times per month if I'm lucky. I work in Atlanta, Ga but live about 250 miles away. This seems to work out very good because it keeps me from dressing to much and when I do get the chance I really enjoy myself. Also, Atlanta is a great city for cross dressing. Slipping into some sexy clothing for a movie, dinner and drinks is always awesome.

I work with hot asphalt so nylon materials and most feminine wear are a definite no no (melts in the heat asphalt is 130 Deg C when we lay it and contact with skin burns) all cotton and fire proof clothing and steel caps for me. Often have to change clothes due to the heat so underdressing is definately out.

But, when I work nights I get to dress for most of the day while my SO is at work, that is if I dont have too much work and sleep the day away (it happens unfortunately). I found having the freedom to take my time and dress as I want and just do normal stuff quite relaxing.

I'm always "dressed" unless i go to work where i have to wear my uniform. after work i lounge play eat and sleep in whatever i feel like wearing at the time
which is usually a dress or skirt and shirt combo. i have only done the makeup and wig thing once and i didn't feel like me. So for me boy mode is girl mode and vice versa.

If I'm going clubbing then I'm much like you: Fancy dress, wig styled, proper earrings and bracelets and rings, shoes and purse and stockings carefully matched, complete makeup from foundation out. And, I am not uncomfortable if I'm in Casual Boy mode. However, I also enjoy going out in casual Girl mode, too, and at those times the only thing I make sure to do beforehand is to fix my eyes, put my lipstick on right, do a bit of powder and blush on my face, and get a casual wig combed out.

I live and work in a small town so going out dressed is not possible. I don't have a so anymore but I do have a kid and his so at home so I can only dress in the privacy of my own room late at night once in a while. I would like to dress much more often than I get the opportunity to... I do however underdress at work and wear a long shirt to hide my thong line!

Since I am re-realizing my new life right now, new in being out with my wife and open. A new string of possiblities are arising. Over the weekend she bought me two pair of panties and a bra. So in the past I would dress full tilt when ever I had the chance, with an occasional underwear in boy mode. With her knowing and accepting (of course not fully dressed) I am trying to get comfortable with things like showing my painted toe nails, in which she re-painted them yesterday. A while ago she left me a couple of items she didn't want. One being a soft black tshirt somewhat. Which I've been wearing out under a boy shirt, but exposed. So slowly I am introducing feminine wear into my daily life. So all this is curbing the urge to go all out.

I dress everyday, pretty much full time. My boy time is an obligation to me...kinda like going to the dentist. That being said, my male clothes do afford certain things that I can't in girl mode (at least not yet) like attend business meetings where they are expecting a male, go fishing and hunting with my sons and brothers, and participate in family events that would be disrupted if I showed up en femme.
