Finally Out Of The Hospital but Going Back In?

Hello everyone,

As many of you know I've been rather ill with kidney stones, internal leakage of such and very hard to control infection as a result of this.

I've been back home all of 33 hours and the doctor stated to return to be readmitted due to spreading infection that the doctors reevaluated while I was here at home.

This is of extreme worry to not only to the doctor but everyone at the hospital which does nothing but cause off scale anxiety in me.

They say they might be fighting a staff infection of notable size.

Look everyone, I'm not saying I'm going anywhere yet (IE Passing from this earth ) but it's quite evident that I'm growing worse by the day at this point and time.

I want to leave you with a quote from the movie War Horse;

"Can you imagine flying over a war, and you know that you can never look down? You have to look forward, or you'll never get home."

At least it looks as if they're keeping a close eye on you and are ready to jump on the infection quickly. These things are always easier to treat if they get to them early enough.

I've had several patients with this problem, and usually when they take care of the stone the infection becomes fairly easy to treat, I hope that is the case for you. The problem is the blockage makes a great place for bacteria to live, clear that up and the bacteria get flushed out. That and a good round of the appropriate antibiotics and you should be good as new. Good luck and hang in there............Stephanie
