Charlene definitely has. She was actually the first "sister" I met in the real world and she was even kind enough to take me seriously when I showed up looking like a boy with my wife in tow... Oh the memories. Charlene is relatively kick-ass.

But if you are looking for other girls, there is an entire Iowa City enclave... and I bet if you contact the Des Moines LGBT community center that you will find more girls there too, and probably a support group.
