On shame and vulnerability is not aimed at the TG community but it does speak to us in a powerful way. Surprisingly everyone experiences shame at one time or another and how you deal with it is vitally important.

For those who have never heard a TED talk, they are a collection of truly brilliant folks given a short time in front of an audience (by a wealthy foundation) to say virtually whatever they want.
Brene Brown is a phd Social work expert who has written some great books:
The Gifts of Imperfection
I thought It was Just Me; (but wasn't)
I recommend both of them.
