It isn't really as far fetched as some may believe. It depends upon how much you are willing to give up and what it is worth to you. It isn't impossible to found a new community. There is still inexpensive land...Canada, the western less populated states. It requires a little thought a planning. We would have to figure out some niche where we could have businesses that could provide community income.

Dreams can come true if you really want to work at it.
