I have read a many posts on this fourum and I have a question about transformation,
Does anyone know what kind of consequenses there are medicaly in this type of procedure? I have heard that taking hormones puts a person at a higher risk for cancer.
Has anyone have an Idea of ones life expectancy after a MTF transformation?

You might want to get your wording, or terminology right.
Transformation is often a word used by guys getting decked out to look like a woman. For beginners, this is a big deal. I was one of them at one time.
Transition refers to those who are in the process of changing gender. If you want more information, I suggest you google WPATH and other sites like TS Roadmap.
If you really have issues, contact a gender counselor that can set you on the road you need.
when it comes to hormone replacement therapy, a doctor such as an endocrinologist is usually involved.
Hope this helps!....peace & love.

Like other medications with potential side effects you must weigh the good and the bad but also not letting a list of potential problems scare you away.
You would probably be under medical supervision with frequent blood tests as well.

Taking hormones does have its risks, but like any drug, it affects some, and not others.

Not sure about cancer risks, but definitely blood clots, stroke, heart attack, or liver problems, to name a few.

When you're taking hormones, or ANY meds that can have side effects, responsible docs will run blood tests to see if anything BAD mite be happening.

Which is why EVERY SENSIBLE BIT OF ADVICE POSTED HERE tells u to get your hormones thru proper medical channels!

No. But it is a lot longer then ones life if they don't transition.

Any negative medical consequences there might be to hormones honestly really don't matter as they are an effective and needed means to an end.

[And yes it's Transition not transformation as others have stated earlier :)]
