I don't get many times to be home by myself so and can dress. But this one of them and I don't feel like getting dressed up. When I found out Sat. that the wife was going to be away tonight I started making plans. But it now and all I want to do is eat pizza and drink beer:sad: And I have been losing weight to get into my size 6 skirt.

Has this happen to any of you?

yes, and sometimes pizza and beer are just what the doctor ordered. It's probably best not to force something. If your out of sorts for dressing, there are likely lots of things that need tending, so make up for lost time by getting some things out of the way so your can dress guilt free next time.

Yes it does and it's OK. I hate wasting the chance to dress, but if I don't feel like it then I don't. Sometimes I'm conflicted about being able to dress and not wanting to, but it passes....

I've had those nights. For me it's usually that I want to but don't want to go to all the effort of doing it right. Usually settle for something I can do in five minutes - definitely not very lady-like, but somewhat satisfying at a core level.

I think it's VERY important to dress only WHEN I FEEL LIKE IT! Even tho, like u, I'm not able to without planning well ahead!

I also feel that binging is a VERY important part of dieting, or diet change as I call it! Knowing that I CAN BINGE when I need to, makes staying on the positive side of weight control much easier!

Yeah. I agree. You're a guy, right? Don't be confused when you wanna do guy things once in a while. It's fun. Relax and enjoy.

Happens all the time. That's why we have slips and fuzzy slippers ;)

So, no problem. Start slow. Just wash or comb out a wig or two. Watch a couple makeup videos.
For me I am soon enough in the mood, even if its just a mini-session and not an elaborate Parisian royal ball sort of thing.

I used to steal every opportunity to dress. Now that my wife is fully accepting and I can dress anytime I please (daily these days) I don't have that need to rob time from other things. I can put it aside and do what needs to be done for I know that the time will be there for me.
