I just had my fifth counselling session and after each one I which I attend fully dressed I try to extend the boundaries. This week I called into Eastbourne (UK) and had a browse in Debenhams. My first encounter was with a midleaged shop asitant who was very pleasant, I told her I was looking for a denim skirt I had seen on the website as she was showing me to the section another customer asked for help her response was I just need to help this lady and I will come back to you.

I then went looking at make up and at the Clarins desk a youg mid twenties SA asked me if I wanted any help,I told her I ws looking for foundation but was unsure of the type she asked if she could take of what I had on my face and try a few samples I ended up having my face done and spending £72 and some products. I felt so good I have booked to see her after my next session to look at eye make up. Any UK girls try this store it is very friendly.

Over the past few years when I read posts on here about girls going shopping I was always a bit doubtful, all I would say to others who feel like I did then is to get out and enjoy the experience you will not regret it.

What a positively wonderful way to put your counseling into action. All the while having a bunch of fun being a girl and shopping. Sounds like you have found the store for you, that is reassuring. Some of may never get to experience what you are finding, but it is certainly comforting to read your accomplishments.
