More housecleaning, what outfit?

What would be a nice alternative to a maid's or a french maid costume to wear while cleaning house?

Criteria: ~ somewhat as sexy as the french maid; less flamboyant, but very girly..

For me, cleaning remains a chore. So, its a jog bra, short shorts and sandals. Not sexy, but very utilitarian!

Oh gee. I'm doing the cleaning right now and I have on a sweater and short tights plus loafers. BTW, I have full under dress, makeup (light, daytime) and some jewlery on. Nothing over the top=more of a GG look.

Yes I do have a French maid dress; but I do not want to get it dirty.
So I do house work in a Jean Skirt, bra with forms and a top.
Easy to wash those clothes.

I don't know for me there is little else as sexy as the french maid, but that said what about cleaning in a nice satin babudoll stockings annd heels

My problem is making sure all my clothing is put away before the cleaner comes. Thank god for working wives. If I do the house myself though, it has got to be my pink silk teddy, rose print wrap, suspenders and stockings......lovely!

I always dress down when doing houeshold chores, jeans/shorts, a jersey top and flats or tennies. Of course, I am totally underdressed, but housework is something I don't dress up for.

I'm with alot of the other girls. Tiny shorts, tank top, with my hair in a pony tail. I like taking things in and out to give the neighbors something to notice.

As much as a french maid out fits sounds so nice. I just clean in yoga pants a casual top with a bra and panties underneath

I like to wear the same type of clothing that a GG would wear to do the same job(s), What I do find is that Paulette dose a much better job of cleaning and is more attune to what needs to be cleaned.

Well, I've just been cleaning the kitchen and I chose a jumper dress over a camisole, navy opaque tights and my favourite knee high boots. Might as well feel amazing while doing mundane chores :)

I cleaned the house today in running shorts a T-shirt with holes in it from a completed foot race in 2004 and a pair of flip flops.

All over rubber gimp suit. You can splash water all over without spoiling anything and if you pull the zipper on the mask and hum tunes you can inflate your head for amusement whilst dusting.

Personally I wouldn't bother with anything sexy whilst cleaning. A pair of jogging bottoms and a t-shirt do the trick for me.

Cleaning for me usually involves bleach solutions...these usually don't mix well with anything "sexy" that I want to keep sexy. I swear bleach gets on everything that you are wearing...I can just look at bleach and I will get a spot somewhere. So, usually cleaning for me is something that already has some sort of bleach stain on it, shorts, ponytail, and sandals. My boyfriend and I have vastly different view on what is "clean." For me, clean=kill with bleach. For my boyfriend, clean=trash taken out and dishes put away (what I call "picking up.") The sexy part comes after cleaning...there's nothing better than a sparkling clean bathtub, a bubble bath, and a glass of wine.

I just finished mine and sometimes I like to go sexy but today I chose to tone it down a bit, I just went with a longer brown top black leggings, brown knee high boots, and a brown belt around my waist to top it off, love this look so much!
