You are not going to believe this but tonight as I was on my computer, I felt something wet on my breast and looked down and there was just a few drops of milky substance leaking out of my nipple. I could not believe it and I did nothing to stimulate them.
My GYN told me this could happen when after almost three years she just recently added a Progesterone to my HRT.
I know it's crazy but I am thrilled beyond compare.

Oh wow, Traci!
Probably colustrum (pre-milk). A bit of a bother, but way cool!
Hugs,
Persephone.

Traci.
Yes not only possible but probable that you will produce milk when adding progesterone to your HRT routine.
For me I produced so much I had to pump my breasts with a dual electric breast pumpfor close to a year to minimize the volume of milk and the pain that it was causing.
On the upside the developed milk ducts added volume to my breasts so it wasn't a bad thing whatsoever.
Enjoy just be careful where you drip!! LOL!!!

Ahhhhh, it's great to be a woman! :)
Traci, you might want to pick up some breast pads to help keep your clothing dry and free of milk spots. They work great unless the flow becomes too excessive. http://www.bellaonline.com/articles/art65767.asp

I can only discuss dosages in Safe Harbor. But if you really want to know, send me a private message.

I never got that far before I started taking a drug to block prolactin secretion.... Different mechanism... Same end result if let go...
Why not get in touch with the La Leche league in your area.... You may be able to pump and donate it to women who can't produce milk but their babys need it....

I think the jury is still out on if MTF breast milk contains all the proper nutrients. However, I do know that there have been a couple situations where a MTF did breast feed their baby. I'm hoping to be one of those!

Girls. Be careful of pro. It is unpredictable.

Are you sure it was breast milk? I mean usually only pregnant women do that.

There are cases when men not taking female hormones have successfully breast-fed babies.
Fathers also have hormonal changes when their wives get pregnant. It takes a bit more effort for the milk to get flowing for a man than for a woman however.

Yup, due to the levels of progesterone and estrogen, prolactin levels are elevated to the point of causing the creation of breast milk.

If it wasn't breast milk then I am in a heap of trouble. As I stated, it was not non-translucent white milky like a woman who is breast feeding but it was a watered down version - you know like 2% milk (LOL)! And like when a breast feeding woman starts to draw out the milk in the beginning it was like what I had.

As my last post states, I produced a heavy volume of milk for over a year and had to pump myself to gain relief from it.
I may be intersexed but my breasts prior to hormones were quite small so I believe my experience tends to mirror image the TS woman's typical experience if given the same drug combination.

My endo regularly asks if I secrete any, as an indicator of high prolactin.
