Looking back, when I was about 14, I was at a neighbours house and it started to rain as I was leaving.

Totally innocently, because of the rain, and because no one else would know, she leant me her plastic raincoat.

I remember once about 10 years ago I was having dinner with a gg friend at her house before we were due to go out clubbing. We were having spaghetti and I accidenitly spilt some red sauce onto my white shirt. It was too far for me to drive back to my house to get changed, at the time I lived about 15 miles away.

After dinner she suggested I borrow one of her shirts to go out in. However, she produced (what I thought) was a fairly feminine blouse to wear. Needless to say I didn't argue I just wore it anyway.

There were times that I would do something physical with a GG, typically an SO, that required a shower. I would sometimes shower at their place for convenience. I often had a few bits of clothes at her place but not usually clean underwear. So, I would "have" to borrow hers. The best times were when she would let me pick ;)

Think I've been there too.

I remember ruining my shoes while wading across a shallow river once when I was about 7. My older cousin gave me her spare shoes to wear until I could get some new ones. So I went to school the next day wearing girls red shoes. I just told everyone who started to make fun of me that I had accidently used red shoe polish on my shoes. It kind of looked like that too as I had tried to polish them brown the night before.

Circumstances is how I got started in the first place. When I was around 5, I had to stay at my GP's for a night. My cousins (female) kept clothes at Grams and I slept in one of her night gowns...remember it pretty well too... purple fleese and it was so long it dragged on the floor. Next time was when I was 10. Spent 3 weeks with cousins...suitcase was left in the car or home... Home was over an hour away and it was bedtime when no suitcase was discovered. Spent 3 weeks in my cousins cloths... I have written a story from my Diary on this and others...
