Do you mean Transformations by Rori? If so, I have been to their Arlington Heights location, I have not had a makeover, but the few times that I have been there, the staff has been very friendly and makes you feel comfortable without any pressure to buy anything.

Are you planning on visiting Chicago soon? Well, I've been to Rori's in Arlington 3 times. The staff is amazing. They are so friendly and give us girls soooo much advice. Honestly, I don't care for their clothes too much, (just not my style) but their wigs and other accessories are a great selection. I bought a wig there for $20 (clearance). More importantly, Rori is a huge support for our community. I think it is a great place to check out.
