Hi girls:

Curious. I have started wearing my bra all the time I am home which includes sleeping in my bra with my new chiffon nightgown. Does anyone else sleep in their bra?

It depends Hon. Sometimes I don't but some times I have the need to feel that closeness in my chest, so sleep with both bra and breast forms.:)

I have slept wearing a bra for many years! Just be sure that you are wearing a bra that is meant to be worn during sleep! Not all bras will take that kind of abuse! And don't ever wear your falsies to bed! That will ruin them!!

I have natural 40 B breasts so don't use falsies, and never have! BTW, I also wear nightgowns unless it is really hot!

My daughter sleeps in her bra all the time and it destroys them. Between sweating and crunching it up and things, they go from cute to just plain yucky in about a month!! LOL However, I bet your chiffon jammies are way better looking with a couple bumps underneath...so just know that sleeping in them will probably shorten their life span.

I sleep in mine 3 or 4 days a week with my foam forms, Not the silicon ones. And if it is not to warm, one of my night gowns.

I read once that sleeping in a bra is not good for circulation reasons. Don't know if it's true or not. Probably can't hurt a couple nights a week.

The only opportunity I've had to sleep in a bra and nightgown is when my wife is out of town overnight. Several of my nightgowns are nearing "vintage," which means the gowns have fitted cups. You know, when designers realized women have breasts and designed accordingly. One of my gowns which is floor length and a beautiful vivid red just screams she wants a red bra and matching red panties under her. When wearing that particular gown overnight, I also wear a garter belt and black stockings. We do have satin red sheets, which almost makes you slide out of bed if not careful! :)

Yes, I wear a bra to bed regularly and am always wearing a cute pair of panties. In the daytime I tend to wear a tighter bra to bring out my natural small B cup but at night I wear a less constrained bra for comfort primarily. Sometimes it feels so good. Some day soon I hope to go shopping for a light yellow bra to go with my sexy yellow nightie. TEE HEE HEE

I hate wearing a bra to bed! I like to be free and comfortable when I'm sleeping! Cute panties are a yes, but topless. ;)

LOL!! Release the hounds!!! Can't WAIT to let the girls out at the end of the day. Probably the difference of having to wear a bra and just wanting to wear one.

Every night practically. I also wear my forms. I love the feeling of my breasts against my arms as I sleep or turn and of course they are there if I have to use the bathroom during the night. Then there is waking up with them already there.

My wife asked why I wanted to do that. She said she'd never wear a bra to bed. I told her that's because your boobs won't fall off if you don't wear one, mine will LOL...

I sleep in my bra more often than not (which is almost every night). I sleep on my side or back, also with my silicone forms and have had only one mishap in four years. One of my forms sprung a leak which I was able to fix with RTV silicone and they became my sleeping forms until they ultimately wore out. I love falling asleep and waking up in my bra and forms and the bumps in my nightie look as feminine as the real thing.

Exactly. I am always sleeping with bras and forms, it is a great time to be a girl. Helps make up for the time during the day when I am in my male clothes.

I did not know about sleeping in bras and shortening their life span, oh the poor dears.
But I do notice this, and I wear my bras all the time too...I tend to circle through 4 or 5 bras. Maybe I should get more bras:)

I want the experience of being a woman. I am less concerned with the iconic particulars of a given garment. I'm just as happy in a sheer nightie as I am in a Hello Kitty set of PJ's .
Whatever girls want,....... I want.

I sleep with panties all the time, baby doll type nightie, and a bra about 50% of the time.
Sometimes I wear forms to bed, but not that often. I sleep on my side, so no damage to
the bra or forms.

I'll be stepping out of my dress and bra soon to put on a nightgown, keeping the panties until morning. It's still cold enough to wear a warm fleece full-length gown (robin egg blue, if you must know).

On the weekends I'll wear a bra to bed. Sometimes it's my heavily padded bra, other times it's my regualr bras with my forms. I know I shouldn't sleep with my forms, but as other have mentioned, feeling them on your arms and waking up seeing them is just too nice to pass up on! I probably should look into getting foam forms for sleeping......

About half the time in a bra and the other half braless. Just depends on which nightie I am going to wear, some look and feel better with a bra and some without.

The GG's made me laugh this morning, for years my wife rushed in the door after work, and tore off her bra as soon as she could get it off, I always got home from work, and ran in to put on a bra as fast as I could. But no I don't sleep in it, a bra just would not work with my nicer night gowns. And I for one agree with Natalie, if women wear it, I want it, from flannel gowns in the winter, to baby dolls in the summer, I want to wear whatever the girls are wearing, and don't care what it is, I'm in!

matching nighties.

True, but we usually didn't live past 30 either. Time marches on; things change.
I usually just wear girl pajamas to bed. But sometimes I fall asleep in my clothes, in which case, yes, I'm wearing a bra.

I'd love to sleep in my bra, but it is only a B CUP. I doubt that I could even get my head in it, much less my body. A bra to sleep in must be a real thing of beauty. Oh such deep pockets, such snuggle room.

I do sleep in mine on a regular basis.. I also wear my forms with it.. No better feeling in the morning when you wake up and see your boobs first thing :) I haven't slept in anything but a nightie, or something feminine all of this year.. that's nearly 4 months!!!

I agree with you, I realize that its more than a feeling wakeing up with them on, its just that I feel more like I think I should have them on than with them off.

My wife sleeps in a bra. I haven't seen it to have a really negative effect on them. But on the other hand she washes them with all the other clothes in the washer and dryer.

I'd never done it before, but the other night I laid down for a half hour nap before dinner in a bra with forms. Woke up three hours later. I guess something about it made me feel awfully comfy.

I often thought that the more you wear a bra the better natural shape you will achieve. So I probably wear one 2-3 times a week though also like to sleep in a leotard or baby doll nightee. That way you have a secure feeling some nights and a sexy feeling other nights. It is funny how most women hate bras and can't wait to get them off and we can't wait to get them on. Maybe someday women will rebel and make their signficant other wear bras full time.

Actually, this is a common misconception. The life expectancy of newborns in the middle ages was horrendously low, but if a person survived to be 7-8-9 years of age, then he/she had a reasonable chance of making it to the biblical three score and ten. The huge changes in life expectancy since the 19th century to the present date are due almost entirely to the reduction in infant mortality.

I have no scientific data to cite, but my personal feeling is that it's healthier to sleep au naturale, letting the pores breathe, et cetera. Having said that, however, there are some Allegheny mountain winter nights when double quilts, wool socks, and full sweat suit are mandatory. If a bra and forms would make me warmer on such nights, I might consider wearing them.

I sleep naked. I would advise against sleeping in a bra as that is not the intended purpose and could lead to unintended injury.
